【摘要】：我國(guó)的社會(huì)發(fā)展日新月異,隨著城市化進(jìn)程地不斷加快,我國(guó)的住宅類(lèi)型也正悄然發(fā)生著變化,向著標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與多樣化的方向發(fā)展。隨著科技的發(fā)展,我國(guó)民眾的生活方式也在逐步發(fā)生著改變。作為國(guó)家的主要社會(huì)勞動(dòng)力與消費(fèi)群體,青年人在社會(huì)中占據(jù)著重要的地位。然而,針對(duì)青年人的住房解決策略卻一直沒(méi)有受到足夠多的重視,“蝸居”、“蟻居”這些名詞的背后折射出的是一系列關(guān)于青年人居住空間的問(wèn)題——過(guò)高的生活成本與難以承受的高房?jī)r(jià)、理想居住空間與現(xiàn)實(shí)之間的落差、前衛(wèi)的思想觀念與社會(huì)難以擺脫的舊認(rèn)知的沖擊等等。若要解決好青年人的居住問(wèn)題,就要從了解青年人的思想、洞察青年人的行為開(kāi)始。本文研究的內(nèi)容為以研究青年居住行為模式為基礎(chǔ)的青年住宅設(shè)計(jì)研究,其目的在于通過(guò)對(duì)青年人思想觀念的分析與生活方式的調(diào)查研究出一種適合于青年購(gòu)買(mǎi)居住的住宅模式。文章首先通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外青年住宅設(shè)計(jì)研究的現(xiàn)狀與我國(guó)住宅發(fā)展歷史的回顧理清我國(guó)居民居住行為與住宅發(fā)展的關(guān)系,再通過(guò)解讀當(dāng)代社會(huì)背景下的青年人的行為特點(diǎn)與工作、生活方式發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的居住需求,最后通過(guò)對(duì)工作與居住混合型住宅空間的研究得出適合青年居住的空間模式并進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的小戶(hù)型住宅研究。由于青年個(gè)體特征不盡相同,本文從青年群體的共性出發(fā),力求研究出一套適應(yīng)大部分青年人需求的居住空間模式。
[Abstract]:The social development of our country is changing with each passing day. With the process of urbanization speeding up, the types of housing in our country are changing quietly and developing towards the direction of standardization and diversification. With the development of science and technology, our people's way of life is gradually changing. As the country's main social labor force and consumer groups, young people occupy an important position in society. However, housing strategies for young people have not been given enough attention. Behind the noun "ant house" is a series of problems about the living space of young people: the excessive cost of living and the unbearable price of housing, the gap between ideal living space and reality. Avant-garde ideas and the impact of the old cognition hard to get rid of and so on. If you want to solve the problem of young people's residence, we should begin by understanding their thoughts and understanding their behavior. The content of this paper is to study the design of the youth residence based on the study of the youth residential behavior model. The purpose of this paper is to find out a kind of housing model suitable for young people to buy and live through the analysis of the young people's ideas and the investigation of their way of life. Firstly, the article clarifies the relationship between residential behavior and housing development by reviewing the present situation of the research on the design of youth housing at home and abroad and the history of housing development in China, and then explains the behavior characteristics and work of young people in the contemporary social background. The way of life found their living needs, and finally through the study of the work and residential mixed residential space to get the space model suitable for young people to live, and carry on the further research of small housing. Because the individual characteristics of young people are not the same, this paper tries to find out a set of living space model to meet the needs of most young people from the common character of youth groups.
