綠色建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)評價與決策體系研究

【摘要】:作為建筑業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的一大趨勢,綠色建筑是應(yīng)對當(dāng)前全球生態(tài)環(huán)境不斷惡化和能源嚴(yán)重短缺的有力措施。綠色建筑與傳統(tǒng)建筑不同在于,綠色建筑強(qiáng)調(diào)生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會的共同發(fā)展。在建筑的全壽命周期內(nèi),設(shè)計(jì)過程越早引入建筑的“綠色”概念,其整體“綠色”效果就越利呈現(xiàn)。方案設(shè)計(jì)階段考慮建筑本身適用、美觀、經(jīng)濟(jì)等特性的同時,更需要考慮基于環(huán)境和資源的建筑綜合性能評價和優(yōu)化,從而做出科學(xué)的決策。鑒于目前綠色建筑評價體系在方案設(shè)計(jì)階段應(yīng)用不足及無法實(shí)際指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)決策的現(xiàn)狀,本文通過對綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)及評價體系的研究,提出綠色建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)決策模型,對綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)選。論文首先分析了綠色建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)階段工作與建筑綜合性能的關(guān)系,以及方案設(shè)計(jì)階段對建筑最終整體環(huán)境性能的重要影響。結(jié)合方案設(shè)計(jì)階段決策性大、信息量小、可變因素過多的特點(diǎn),總結(jié)當(dāng)前方案設(shè)計(jì)階段存在的主要問題,提出建立方案設(shè)計(jì)階段綜合評價決策體系的必要性。其次,以方案設(shè)計(jì)階段研究現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合建筑性能模擬工具,通過文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法歸納提取了對建筑整體環(huán)境性能影響重大的綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)集;綜合研究現(xiàn)行主要綠色建筑評價指標(biāo)體系,建立簡化并可量化的綠色建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)評價指標(biāo)體系;通過正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法科學(xué)安排試驗(yàn)方案,結(jié)合模糊綜合評價及TOPSIS方法,運(yùn)用科學(xué)決策方法建立方案設(shè)計(jì)決策模型,指導(dǎo)建筑師在方案設(shè)計(jì)階段進(jìn)行決策優(yōu)選。以此構(gòu)建了綠色建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化決策模型。最后,通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證建立的綠色建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)決策模型的有效性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:As a major trend of the transformation and development of the construction industry, green building is a powerful measure to cope with the deterioration of the global ecological environment and the serious shortage of energy. Green architecture is different from traditional architecture in that it emphasizes the common development of ecology, economy and society. In the whole life cycle of the building, the sooner the design process introduces the concept of "green", the more beneficial the overall "green" effect will appear. In the stage of project design, it is necessary to consider the comprehensive performance evaluation and optimization of buildings based on environment and resources, so as to make a scientific decision while considering the characteristics of the building itself, such as applicability, beauty, economy and so on. In view of the lack of application of green building evaluation system in the stage of scheme design and the fact that it can not actually guide the design decision, this paper puts forward a decision model of green building scheme design by studying the design parameters and evaluation system of green building. Multi-objective selection of green architecture design scheme is carried out. Firstly, the paper analyzes the relationship between the design stage of green building and the comprehensive performance of the building, and the important influence of the project design stage on the overall environmental performance of the building. Combined with the characteristics of large decision making, small information and too many variable factors in the stage of scheme design, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the current stage of scheme design, and puts forward the necessity of establishing a comprehensive evaluation decision-making system in the stage of scheme design. Secondly, based on the research status and characteristics of the project design stage, combined with the building performance simulation tools, the paper summarizes the green building design parameter set which has a significant impact on the overall environmental performance of the building by literature survey. This paper synthetically studies the main evaluation index system of green building, establishes a simplified and quantifiable evaluation index system of green building scheme design, arranges the test scheme scientifically through orthogonal test design method, combines fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and TOPSIS method, The decision model of scheme design is established by using scientific decision method, and the architect is instructed to make decision optimization in the stage of scheme design. Based on this, the optimal decision model of green building scheme design is constructed. Finally, the validity and practicability of the green building scheme design decision model are verified by an example.
