【摘要】：本文在分析建筑工程造價管理相關概念和意義的基礎上,重點就我國建筑工程造價管理中存在的問題、影響因素以及應對策略進行重點研究,積極探索切實可行、易操作、具有實際指導意義的工程造價管理模式,希望對改進建筑工程造價管理質(zhì)量、提高建筑工程項目管理水平能夠有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the related concepts and significance of construction engineering cost management, this paper focuses on the problems, influencing factors and countermeasures in the construction engineering cost management in China, and actively explores the feasibility and ease of operation. It is hoped that the practical guiding engineering cost management mode will be helpful to improve the quality of construction cost management and improve the management level of construction project.
