【摘要】：自1982年“歷史文化名城”的概念被正式提出后,經(jīng)過專家學(xué)者二十多年的研究,從歷史文化資源保護(hù)的原則、范圍、開發(fā)模式等理論研究到實(shí)證研究,均取得了豐碩的研究成果。但總體而言,對于歷史文化名城特色保護(hù)與開發(fā)策略、模式的研究思路較為分散,目前還沒有學(xué)者從政府、市場以及社會公眾參與多個主體之間關(guān)系的角度對文化資源特色保護(hù)與開發(fā)機(jī)制進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)、深入的研究。素有“七朝古都”的歷史文化名城開封在現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中,出現(xiàn)了歷史文化資源保護(hù)與開發(fā)管理體制不完善、資金短缺、市場活力不足、社會公眾參與度不高等一系列問題。究竟該采取什么優(yōu)化策略來緩解這一系列問題正是本文研究的主要內(nèi)容。論文從政府、市場以及社會公眾參與這幾個方面綜合城市意象理論、空間設(shè)計(jì)理論等基礎(chǔ)理論,分析歷史文化名城開封文化資源開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展和不足,通過總結(jié)和借鑒國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出新時期保護(hù)和開發(fā)歷史文化資源特色的基本策略,并在不同策略下提出具有可實(shí)踐、操作性的建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1982, the concept of "famous historical and cultural city" has been put forward. After more than 20 years of research by experts and scholars, the theoretical research on the protection of historical and cultural resources, such as the principles, scope, development model and so on, has been carried out. Both of them have achieved fruitful research results. But in general, the mode of research on the protection and development strategy of historical and cultural cities is scattered, and there are no scholars from the government at present. From the perspective of the relationship between the market and the public participating in many subjects, this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the protection and development mechanism of cultural resources. In the process of modernization, Kaifeng, a famous historical and cultural city known as "the Seven dynasties Ancient Capital", has a series of problems such as imperfect management system of protection and development of historical and cultural resources, shortage of funds, lack of market vitality, and low degree of social public participation. What optimization strategy should be adopted to alleviate this series of problems is the main content of this paper. From the aspects of government, market and public participation, this paper analyzes the current situation, development and deficiency of the development of cultural resources in Kaifeng, a famous historical and cultural city, by integrating the basic theories of urban image theory and space design theory. By summing up and drawing lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the basic strategies of protecting and developing the characteristics of historical and cultural resources in the new period, and puts forward some practical and operational suggestions under different strategies.
