全聯(lián)合構(gòu)架單鋼管柱空間作用影響系數(shù)

【摘要】:以某500 k V全聯(lián)合變電構(gòu)架為工程背景進(jìn)行出線構(gòu)架柱的受力分析,利用ANSYS有限元分析軟件,獲得3種連接剛度的單鋼管柱及其相應(yīng)獨(dú)立桿的受力情況,得出內(nèi)力與位移的空間作用影響系數(shù),并與傳統(tǒng)A型出線柱分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,探討連接剛度和構(gòu)架形式對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果的影響。研究表明:單桿柱構(gòu)架較A型柱構(gòu)架受力性能有一定的優(yōu)越性。單桿柱出線構(gòu)架空間作用影響系數(shù)存在一定的規(guī)律性和不確定性,不同工況下的不同內(nèi)力需分別確定其系數(shù)。利用空間作用影響系數(shù),可將出線柱模型簡(jiǎn)化為單桿模型進(jìn)行研究分析。
[Abstract]:Taking a 500kV combined substation frame as the engineering background, the stress analysis of the outgoing frame column is carried out. By using the ANSYS finite element analysis software, three kinds of single steel pipe columns with connecting stiffness and their corresponding independent rods are obtained. The spatial effect coefficient of internal force and displacement is obtained, and compared with the analysis results of traditional A-type outgoing column, the influence of connection stiffness and frame form on the calculation results is discussed. The results show that the single bar column frame has some advantages over the A type column frame. There is some regularity and uncertainty in the influence coefficient of the spatial action of the single-bar column outer-line frame. The different internal forces under different working conditions need to determine the coefficients respectively. By using the influence coefficient of spatial action, the model of output column can be simplified into a single rod model for research and analysis.
