干混砂漿運(yùn)輸車上裝傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)及數(shù)值仿真

【摘要】:近幾年,隨著我國(guó)建筑施工體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)逐漸完善,對(duì)于工程質(zhì)量和建設(shè)施工環(huán)保要求將不斷提高,引起干混砂漿商品化,干混砂漿運(yùn)輸車被廣泛的應(yīng)用于建筑工程領(lǐng)域。干混砂漿運(yùn)輸車上裝傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)作為上裝部分的核心部件,它的好壞決定著卸料能否順利進(jìn)行。干混砂漿運(yùn)輸車的工作條件復(fù)雜,上裝傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)容易發(fā)生故障。針對(duì)上裝傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)故障問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了上裝傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)實(shí)車試驗(yàn),然后運(yùn)用多體動(dòng)力學(xué)理論和赫茲接觸理論,建立了上裝傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)剛?cè)狁詈夏P?仿真得到螺栓的拉力結(jié)果,再校核螺栓和螺栓孔的強(qiáng)度,最后對(duì)傳動(dòng)軸進(jìn)行振動(dòng)分析、疲勞分析,以及對(duì)支架的疲勞分析。主要做了以下幾個(gè)方面研究工作:(1)通過(guò)了解干混砂漿運(yùn)輸車的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,確定了干混砂漿運(yùn)輸車實(shí)車試驗(yàn)的分析方案,包括傳感器的選擇、傳感器的布置方式、數(shù)據(jù)采集軟件的選擇、試驗(yàn)工況的確定,然后進(jìn)行實(shí)車試驗(yàn),得到傳動(dòng)軸的跳動(dòng)量、轉(zhuǎn)速和力矩?cái)?shù)據(jù),空氣壓縮機(jī)的氣體壓力數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比,特別是對(duì)力矩進(jìn)行頻譜分析,驗(yàn)證了試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性。這些數(shù)據(jù)為之后的仿真做好準(zhǔn)備。(2)介紹了多體動(dòng)力學(xué)理論和赫茲接觸理論,在這基礎(chǔ)之上,討論了干混砂漿運(yùn)輸車上裝傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)剛?cè)狁詈蟿?dòng)力學(xué)模型的建立過(guò)程和方法,包括用彈簧代替螺栓進(jìn)行仿真,彈簧剛度的設(shè)置,滾動(dòng)軸承接觸參數(shù)的設(shè)置,空氣壓縮機(jī)氣體壓力轉(zhuǎn)化成力矩。然后從傳動(dòng)軸的跳動(dòng)量方面驗(yàn)證剛?cè)狁詈蟿?dòng)力學(xué)模型的可靠性,最后動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真分析得到螺栓的拉力結(jié)果,再校核螺栓和螺栓孔的強(qiáng)度。(3)對(duì)實(shí)際傳動(dòng)軸進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,研究實(shí)際傳動(dòng)軸斷裂是否由振動(dòng)引起;實(shí)際傳動(dòng)軸的有限元分析,傳動(dòng)軸材料S-N曲線的繪制,分析在兩個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)速下實(shí)際傳動(dòng)軸是否發(fā)生疲勞斷裂;還有對(duì)改進(jìn)叉耳的傳動(dòng)軸進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析和疲勞分析;最后是繪制了支架材料S-N曲線,分析支架是否發(fā)生疲勞斷裂。本文采用的試驗(yàn)和仿真分析方法,對(duì)研究干混砂漿運(yùn)輸車上裝傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)故障測(cè)試及診斷有一定的參考價(jià)值,對(duì)工程實(shí)際有一定的借鑒作用和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual improvement of construction system standards in our country, the requirements for project quality and environmental protection will be constantly improved, resulting in the commercialization of dry-mixed mortar. Dry-mixed mortar trucks are widely used in the field of construction engineering. The working conditions of dry-mixed mortar truck are complex and the upper transmission system is easy to break down. Aiming at the problem of the fault of the upper transmission system, the test of the upper transmission system is carried out. Then the rigid-flexible coupling model of the upper transmission system is established by using the multi-body dynamics theory and Hertz contact theory. Finally, vibration analysis, fatigue analysis, and fatigue analysis of the transmission shaft are carried out. The main research work is as follows: (1) Through understanding the structure and working principle of the dry-mixed mortar truck, the test analysis of the dry-mixed mortar truck is determined. The scheme includes the selection of sensors, the arrangement of sensors, the selection of data acquisition software, the determination of test conditions. Then the vehicle test is carried out to obtain the data of transmission shaft runout, rotational speed and torque, and the gas pressure data of air compressor. (2) Introduced the multi-body dynamics theory and Hertz contact theory, on the basis of which, discussed the establishment process and method of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of the loading transmission system of dry-mixed mortar truck, including the simulation using spring instead of bolt, spring stiffness. Then the reliability of the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model is verified from the runout of the transmission shaft. Finally, the tensile force of the bolt is obtained by dynamic simulation analysis, and the strength of the bolt and the bolt hole is checked. (3) The modal analysis of the actual transmission shaft is carried out. This paper studies whether the actual transmission shaft fracture is caused by vibration; the actual transmission shaft finite element analysis, transmission shaft material S-N curve drawing, analysis of the actual transmission shaft fatigue fracture under two rotational speeds; and the improved lug transmission shaft modal analysis and fatigue analysis; finally draws the S-N curve of the support material, analysis. Whether the bracket has fatigue fracture or not, the test and simulation analysis methods adopted in this paper have certain reference value for studying the fault test and diagnosis of the transmission system installed on dry-mixed mortar truck, and have certain reference value and guiding significance for engineering practice.
