【摘要】：隨著突如其來的“銀發(fā)浪潮”,養(yǎng)老居住問題日益凸顯,社區(qū)養(yǎng)老模式是解決我國當(dāng)下養(yǎng)老居住問題的最佳途徑。目前,我國養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,取得了一定成果,但在積極有效的改善老年人的居住環(huán)境問題上仍存在諸多問題,其中如何進(jìn)一步改善養(yǎng)老社區(qū)的公共空間品質(zhì)尤為迫切。本文首先分析了我國人口老齡化的特征和養(yǎng)老模式的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,系統(tǒng)闡述國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究成果,并以此為作為論文研究的理論參考。其次針對混合居住型、聚居居住型兩種社區(qū)養(yǎng)老模式開展實地調(diào)研,重點分析目前我國社區(qū)養(yǎng)老實踐中的不足之處,在總結(jié)老年人的生理特征、心理特征、行為特征及社會特征的基礎(chǔ)上,研究老年人對社區(qū)公共空間的需求特點,并分析其對養(yǎng)老社區(qū)公共空間設(shè)計的影響作用,進(jìn)而提出社區(qū)養(yǎng)老模式下的社區(qū)公共空間設(shè)計的基本原則。最后從微觀建筑設(shè)計層面,針對生活配套空間、醫(yī)療康復(fù)空間、文體休閑空間、戶外活動空間四類主要社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的公共空間場所,提出詳細(xì)的設(shè)計策略。從新時代背景下老年人的需求角度出發(fā),力求通過設(shè)計手段鼓勵老年人積極參與公共空間活動,為老年人營造一個積極向上的養(yǎng)老居住環(huán)境,是本課題的目的所在。同時,作者希望本文的研究能夠為相關(guān)政策的制定和設(shè)計實施提供一定的理論參考。
[Abstract]:With the sudden "silver hair wave", the problem of old-age housing has become increasingly prominent. The mode of community pension is the best way to solve the current problem of old-age housing in China. At present, China's pension industry has developed rapidly and achieved certain results, but there are still many problems in improving the living environment of the elderly, among which how to further improve the quality of public space in the pension community is particularly urgent. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of aging population and the development process of old-age model in China, systematically describes the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad, and takes this as the theoretical reference of this paper. Secondly, the field investigation is carried out on the two kinds of community old-age support modes, which are mixed residential type and concentrated residential type, focusing on the analysis of the deficiencies in the practice of community old-age support in our country at present, and summarizing the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly. On the basis of behavioral and social characteristics, this paper studies the characteristics of the elderly's demand for community public space, and analyzes its influence on the design of community public space for the aged. And then put forward the basic principles of community public space design under the mode of community pension. Finally, from the micro architectural design level, the paper puts forward detailed design strategies for four main types of public space for the aged in the community, such as living supporting space, medical rehabilitation space, recreation space and outdoor activity space. From the perspective of the needs of the elderly in the new era, the purpose of this project is to encourage the elderly to actively participate in public space activities and to create a positive living environment for the elderly. At the same time, the author hopes that this study can provide some theoretical reference for the formulation and design of relevant policies.
