【摘要】：結(jié)合實(shí)際工程案例利用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立了移動(dòng)車(chē)輛荷載作用下地下車(chē)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)考慮實(shí)際配筋和混凝土損傷塑性模型的三維有限元模型;并將車(chē)輛移動(dòng)荷載等效為移動(dòng)的靜力荷載作用于結(jié)構(gòu)板面上,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的板、梁在荷載作用下裂縫發(fā)生發(fā)展的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究。分析結(jié)果表明:移動(dòng)車(chē)輛荷載在行駛速度緩慢時(shí),整個(gè)加載于結(jié)構(gòu)上的車(chē)輛荷載相當(dāng)于多個(gè)靜荷載作用于輪胎和結(jié)構(gòu)的接觸面上,車(chē)輛荷載的移動(dòng)通過(guò)在加載平面內(nèi)矢量運(yùn)動(dòng)控制;車(chē)輛前輪和后輪的作用遠(yuǎn)大于中間輪胎的作用。從模型分析結(jié)合梁、板實(shí)際裂縫圖可以看出荷載是造成框架結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生裂縫的主要原因,且為實(shí)際工程裂縫發(fā)生的機(jī)理以及發(fā)生的位置提供了可靠地理論依據(jù),對(duì)后期的結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)、評(píng)估以及加固具有較好的工程指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:A three-dimensional finite element model of underground garage structure considering actual reinforcement and concrete damage plastic model under moving vehicle load is established by using ABAQUS finite element software combined with practical engineering cases. The moving load of the vehicle is equivalent to the moving static load on the slab of the structure, and the variation of the crack in the slab and beam under the load is studied. The results show that when the moving vehicle load is slow, the whole vehicle load on the structure is equivalent to several static loads acting on the contact surface of the tire and the structure. The movement of vehicle load is controlled by vector motion in the loading plane, and the effect of the front and rear wheels is much greater than that of the intermediate tire. From the analysis of the model and the actual crack diagram of the slab, it can be seen that the load is the main cause of the cracks in the frame structure, and it provides a reliable theoretical basis for the occurrence mechanism and location of the cracks in practical engineering. It has good engineering guidance significance for the later stage of structure detection, evaluation and reinforcement.
