【摘要】:建筑行業(yè)一直是我國(guó)最重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,當(dāng)前建筑工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題愈加突出。建筑物質(zhì)量的好壞不僅關(guān)乎工程的適用性,更與人們的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全息息相關(guān),因此在工程管理中,工程質(zhì)量管理必須保持第一位的重要性。本文首先闡明了選題的背景和意義,指出當(dāng)下研究確保工程質(zhì)量的必要性,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)工程質(zhì)量管理的理論文獻(xiàn)提出了本案例研究所使用的方法和主要內(nèi)容,在理論基礎(chǔ)與方法的介紹中表達(dá)了其中的不足與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。然后結(jié)合工程質(zhì)量管理的三大要素:工程質(zhì)量規(guī)劃、工程質(zhì)量保證和工程質(zhì)量控制,在闡明概念的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)而理論結(jié)合實(shí)際從案例中展示工程質(zhì)量管理的內(nèi)涵與方法,表明質(zhì)量管理過(guò)程中應(yīng)該注重的細(xì)節(jié)與要素。從而提出以下幾個(gè)重要方面:質(zhì)量第一;項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量規(guī)劃方法具體問(wèn)題具體分析:保證質(zhì)量要做好保證體系和管理責(zé)任機(jī)制;質(zhì)量控制要貫穿工程建設(shè)始終。文章的最主要研究方法是PDCA,但是在不同階段又同時(shí)使用了其他的各種方法,在質(zhì)量規(guī)劃階段使用了WBS、矩陣圖法:質(zhì)量保證階段建立了質(zhì)量保證機(jī)制并提出了質(zhì)量保證措施:在質(zhì)量控制階段使用了抽樣統(tǒng)計(jì)方法、流程圖法、魚骨圖法和直方圖法:最后提出了工程糾偏措施?茖W(xué)的方法論是工程質(zhì)量得以保障的前提與理論基礎(chǔ),不同的施工單位和施工地點(diǎn)要具體問(wèn)題具體分析,從實(shí)際中發(fā)掘符合問(wèn)題的方法才能做到實(shí)際與理論的完美結(jié)合。最后提出工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題首先要以人為本,協(xié)調(diào)人與自然、人與建筑物、自然與建筑物的和諧統(tǒng)一:其次結(jié)合材料、法律、環(huán)境等方面做好管理協(xié)調(diào),成功的管理已經(jīng)事半功倍了:然后我們結(jié)合具體的方法論從而達(dá)到工程質(zhì)量的最佳化?茖W(xué)的施工、科學(xué)的管理和方法論是保障工程質(zhì)量的必要因素。
[Abstract]:Construction industry has been one of the most important industries in China. The quality of buildings is not only related to the applicability of engineering, but also closely related to the safety of people's lives and property. Therefore, in engineering management, engineering quality management must maintain the first importance. This paper first expounds the background and significance of the topic, points out the necessity of current research to ensure the engineering quality, and puts forward the methods and main contents of this case study based on the domestic and foreign theoretical literature on engineering quality management. In the introduction of theoretical basis and method, the deficiency and innovation are expressed. Then combined with the three elements of engineering quality management: engineering quality planning, engineering quality assurance and engineering quality control, on the basis of expounding the concept and combining theory with practice, the connotation and method of engineering quality management are demonstrated from cases. Show the details and elements that should be paid attention to in the process of quality management. This paper puts forward the following important aspects: quality first; concrete analysis of project quality planning method; quality assurance system and management responsibility mechanism; quality control throughout the construction of the project. The main research method in this paper is PDCA, but at the same time other methods are used at different stages. The WBS, matrix diagram method is used in the quality planning stage: the quality assurance mechanism is established in the quality assurance stage and the quality assurance measures are put forward. The sampling statistics method, the flowchart method and the flow chart method are used in the quality control phase. Fish bone diagram and histogram method: finally, the engineering correction measures are put forward. Scientific methodology is the premise and theoretical basis for the guarantee of engineering quality. Different construction units and construction sites should analyze the specific problems and find out the methods of conformity problems in order to achieve the perfect combination of practice and theory. Finally, it is proposed that the engineering quality should first be people-oriented, coordinate with nature, man and building, nature and building harmoniously. Secondly, combine materials, law, environment and other aspects to do a good job of management coordination. Successful management has done twice as much with half the effort: we then combine specific methodologies to optimize engineering quality. Scientific construction, scientific management and methodology are essential factors to guarantee engineering quality.
