不同砌筑方法下橫孔砌塊砌體抗壓性能研究

【摘要】:針對普通豎孔砌塊空心率小、墻體易開裂、保溫隔熱性差、不易施工和埋管等問題,本課題組提出了一種新型混凝土空心砌塊—橫孔連鎖混凝土空心砌塊。該砌塊由頂板、底板、上凸肋、下凸肋及側(cè)壁等部位組成,具有防滲、抗裂、隔熱、輕質(zhì)、抗震、節(jié)地、環(huán)保等多種優(yōu)點(diǎn),且有干砌法與濕砌法兩種砌筑方法。近年,本課題組對該砌塊砌體的抗壓性能、抗剪性能、抗震性能、局部受壓性能等進(jìn)行了研究。但這些研究均是在單一的砌筑方法下進(jìn)行的,未考慮不同的砌筑方法對砌體力學(xué)性能的影響。本文對不同砌筑方法下該砌塊砌體的抗壓性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究以及非線性有限元分析,主要研究內(nèi)容如下:首先,通過對6組(共36個)該砌塊砌體試件進(jìn)行抗壓性能試驗(yàn),對比分析其破壞特征及抗壓承載力的差異,研究了不同砌筑方法及不同砌塊型號對該砌塊砌體抗壓性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:干砌砌體在受壓過程中先于橫孔角部出現(xiàn)裂縫并不斷發(fā)展,然后喪失承載能力,而濕砌砌體多在還未捕捉到裂縫的情況下直接被壓潰,且后者的抗壓強(qiáng)度明顯高于前者。同時,不同砌筑方法對較小尺寸砌塊砌體抗壓性能的影響更為顯著。其次,通過大型有限元分析軟件ABAQUS建立不同砌筑方法下該砌塊砌體的有限元模型,對砌體的豎向受壓過程進(jìn)行模擬,對比分析兩種模型的應(yīng)力分布云圖、塑性應(yīng)變分布云圖以及極限承載力等,并結(jié)合抗壓試驗(yàn)過程及結(jié)果對砌體的破壞機(jī)理進(jìn)行探討。研究了不同側(cè)壁厚度及砌塊厚度對濕砌模型抗壓性能的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems such as small heart rate of common vertical hole block, easy cracking of wall, poor thermal insulation, difficult construction and buried pipe, a new type of concrete hollow block, interlocking concrete hollow block with horizontal hole, is proposed by our team. The block is composed of roof, floor, upper convex rib, lower convex rib and side wall. It has many advantages, such as impermeability, crack resistance, heat insulation, light weight, earthquake resistance, ground saving and environmental protection, and there are two masonry methods: dry masonry method and wet masonry method. In recent years, our group has studied the compressive, shear, seismic and local compressive properties of the masonry. However, these studies are carried out under a single masonry method without considering the influence of different masonry methods on the mechanical properties of masonry. In this paper, the compressive performance of the masonry block under different masonry methods and nonlinear finite element analysis are studied. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the compressive performance tests of 6 groups (36 groups) of masonry specimens are carried out. The effects of different masonry methods and block types on the compressive properties of the masonry are studied by comparing and analyzing the difference of the failure characteristics and compressive bearing capacity of the masonry. The results show that the dry masonry appears cracks and develops continuously before the corner of the horizontal hole in the process of compression, and then loses its bearing capacity, while the wet masonry is crushed directly without catching the cracks. The compressive strength of the latter is obviously higher than that of the former. At the same time, the influence of different masonry methods on the compressive performance of small block masonry is more significant. Secondly, the finite element model of the block masonry under different masonry methods is established by the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and the vertical compression process of the masonry is simulated, and the stress distribution cloud diagram of the two models is compared and analyzed. The plastic strain distribution cloud diagram and ultimate bearing capacity are used to study the failure mechanism of masonry. The influence of different lateral wall thickness and block thickness on the compressive performance of wet masonry model was studied.
