【摘要】：社會(huì)和國家的發(fā)展離不開民生服務(wù),離不開基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。如今我國的建筑業(yè)快速發(fā)展,工程項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)也突飛猛進(jìn),但兼具這兩行業(yè)公性的北部自來水廠工程項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)研究卻比較匱乏。本人基于多年自來水公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí),以一北部自來水廠工程項(xiàng)目為例展開研究。本論文基于北部自來水廠工程項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃與控制的研究背景和意義入手,同時(shí)介紹了國內(nèi)外該領(lǐng)域項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃和控制的發(fā)展情況與現(xiàn)狀。本文選取北部自來水廠工程項(xiàng)目作為研究對(duì)象,參考了公司項(xiàng)目管理流程,結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了探討,并重點(diǎn)基于項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃與項(xiàng)目控制兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了深入研究。在項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃方面,本文通過案例主要采用了工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解,引入項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃表。同時(shí)根據(jù)該項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),通過關(guān)鍵路徑法優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃表,縮短了工期,通過關(guān)鍵鏈方法分析項(xiàng)目。在項(xiàng)目控制方面,主要采用了事前、事中、事后控制的方法,從該項(xiàng)目的前期拆遷控制、施工控制、取用原水水質(zhì)控制生產(chǎn)工藝,出廠水控制等方面進(jìn)行了分析。本文的研究對(duì)于北部自來水廠工程項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃和控制管理具有重大的指導(dǎo)意義與應(yīng)用意義。這些成果為公司上馬項(xiàng)目,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)提供了有力幫助,并為今后的深入研究奠定重要的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Social and national development can not be separated from people's livelihood services, can not do without infrastructure projects. Nowadays, the construction industry in our country is developing rapidly, and the engineering project management technology is also advancing by leaps and bounds. Based on years of working experience in water supply company and the study of project management, I take the project of a North Waterworks as an example. Based on the research background and significance of the project planning and control in North Waterworks, this paper introduces the development and status quo of project planning and control in this field at home and abroad. This paper selects the project of the North Waterworks as the research object, referring to the project management process of the company, discusses the characteristics of the project, and focuses on the two links of project planning and project control. In the aspect of project planning, this paper mainly adopts the work structure decomposition and introduces the project schedule. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the project, the project schedule is optimized by the critical path method, and the duration of the project is shortened, and the project is analyzed by the critical chain method. In the aspect of project control, the methods of pre-project, in-process and post-project control are mainly adopted. The analysis is carried out from the aspects of pre-demolition control, construction control, raw water quality control, production technology and ex-factory water control and so on. The research of this paper has great guiding significance and application significance for the project planning and control management of the north waterworks. These results provide a powerful help for the company to start the project and realize the production, and lay an important foundation for further research in the future.
