工程質(zhì)量管理及應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:With the steady development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of the people's living standard, the people's demands on the quality of life and the living environment are becoming higher and higher. The quality competition is constantly developing in the various industries today, so how to improve the quality of the building, Obtaining competitive advantage becomes the goal that each industry producer pursues together. The quality management of engineering construction process is the foundation of quality control system, and also the most important one. It is the foundation of implementing construction quality guarantee. Only through scientific and effective construction process management can the engineering construction quality meet the standard. As a special product, buildings have the characteristics of complex production process, large scale of investment and irreversibility. In particular, if the quality of the project does not meet the prescribed control standards, the consequences will be much more serious than other products. It is related to the safety of people's life and property and the stability of the society, because the inferior quality of construction project causes the hidden danger of engineering quality accident and its consequences are unthinkable, so ensuring the engineering quality becomes the focus of the whole society. This paper describes the research background and significance, introduces the purpose of this paper, discusses the current research situation at home and abroad, introduces the quality and quality management theory, quality management process and the basic work of quality management. This paper introduces the characteristics of construction quality management, expounds the principles of construction quality management, and probes into the key points of construction quality management. The factors affecting the construction quality and the control methods are analyzed. Based on the practical analysis of construction quality management of construction engineering, the construction quality management of a concrete project is studied and analyzed, and the quality control analysis of key sub-projects is carried out.
