【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展、人民生活水平的不斷提高,人民對(duì)生活質(zhì)量、居住環(huán)境要求也越來越高,質(zhì)量競爭在當(dāng)今各行業(yè)中不斷的發(fā)展,因此如何提高建筑的質(zhì)量,取得競爭優(yōu)勢成為各行業(yè)生產(chǎn)者共同追逐的目標(biāo)。工程施工過程質(zhì)量的管理,是質(zhì)量控制體系的基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也是重中之重,是實(shí)施保障施工質(zhì)量的根本,只用通過科學(xué)有效的施工過程管理才能保障工程施工質(zhì)量符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。建筑物作為一種特殊的產(chǎn)品,具有生產(chǎn)過程復(fù)雜、投資規(guī)模大和不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的特點(diǎn),特別是工程質(zhì)量如未達(dá)到規(guī)定的控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其帶來的后果遠(yuǎn)比其他產(chǎn)品更為嚴(yán)重,關(guān)系到人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全和社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定,因?yàn)榻ㄖこ藤|(zhì)量的低劣造成工程質(zhì)量事故隱患其后果不堪設(shè)想,因此保證工程質(zhì)量成為全社會(huì)共同關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 本文闡述了的研究背景和研究意義,介紹了本文的研究目的,對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了探討,介紹了質(zhì)量和質(zhì)量管理理論,質(zhì)量管理流程以及質(zhì)量管理的基礎(chǔ)性工作,建筑工程施工質(zhì)量管理,介紹了建筑工程質(zhì)量管理的特征,闡述了建筑工程施工質(zhì)量管理的原則,對(duì)于建筑工程施工質(zhì)量管理的重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了探討,分析了影響建筑工程施工質(zhì)量的因素及控制方法。建筑工程施工質(zhì)量管理的實(shí)踐分析,以某具體工程為例,對(duì)建筑工程施工質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行了研究與分析,并對(duì)重點(diǎn)分項(xiàng)工程進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制分析研究。
[Abstract]:With the steady development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of the people's living standard, the people's demands on the quality of life and the living environment are becoming higher and higher. The quality competition is constantly developing in the various industries today, so how to improve the quality of the building, Obtaining competitive advantage becomes the goal that each industry producer pursues together. The quality management of engineering construction process is the foundation of quality control system, and also the most important one. It is the foundation of implementing construction quality guarantee. Only through scientific and effective construction process management can the engineering construction quality meet the standard. As a special product, buildings have the characteristics of complex production process, large scale of investment and irreversibility. In particular, if the quality of the project does not meet the prescribed control standards, the consequences will be much more serious than other products. It is related to the safety of people's life and property and the stability of the society, because the inferior quality of construction project causes the hidden danger of engineering quality accident and its consequences are unthinkable, so ensuring the engineering quality becomes the focus of the whole society. This paper describes the research background and significance, introduces the purpose of this paper, discusses the current research situation at home and abroad, introduces the quality and quality management theory, quality management process and the basic work of quality management. This paper introduces the characteristics of construction quality management, expounds the principles of construction quality management, and probes into the key points of construction quality management. The factors affecting the construction quality and the control methods are analyzed. Based on the practical analysis of construction quality management of construction engineering, the construction quality management of a concrete project is studied and analyzed, and the quality control analysis of key sub-projects is carried out.
