【摘要】：我國旅游度假酒店近幾年開始飛速發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長、交通的便利以及休假時間的增加使人們外出旅游的需求逐年增長。隨著消費(fèi)水平和精神層次需求的提高,度假酒店設(shè)計也逐漸呈現(xiàn)多元化、個性化、生態(tài)化的趨勢。如今度假酒店不僅僅要滿足住宿的單一功能,更要體現(xiàn)對自然資源的利用和對地景的尊重。其中,院落空間作為度假酒店的重要功能組成,起到了組織空間、聯(lián)系自然、調(diào)節(jié)氣候、表達(dá)文化等多種作用。因此,院落空間的設(shè)計研究是旅游度假酒店設(shè)計的重要部分。四川擁有豐富的自然資源和廣博的歷史文化,在這片沃土上誕生了很多著名的旅游景點(diǎn),如九寨溝、青城山、都江堰、峨眉山等。目前四川各旅游區(qū)已修建或正計劃修建大量度假酒店,這為度假酒店的院落空間提供了豐富的實踐研究案例,從中可以發(fā)現(xiàn)一些問題以及值得借鑒的設(shè)計手法。本文首先對旅游度假的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展等做了背景介紹。其次,分析了度假酒店院落空間的相關(guān)概念。將中國傳統(tǒng)園林的空間與現(xiàn)代度假酒店院落空間聯(lián)系起來,發(fā)現(xiàn)它們在設(shè)計手法上有許多相似之處。并通過對杭州的優(yōu)秀案例對比分析,得出度假酒店庭院空間設(shè)計中值得借鑒的一些手法。第三,總結(jié)了影響川西旅游度假酒店院落空間設(shè)計的地域文化因素,并對當(dāng)?shù)鼐哂写硇缘亩燃倬频赀M(jìn)行調(diào)研與分析,以此探討川西地區(qū)度假酒店的院落空間設(shè)計和現(xiàn)存問題。第四,在前期理論研究和實例調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,作者從院落與自然環(huán)境的融合、群體空間的組合模式、單體院落的空間設(shè)計、地域文化的表達(dá)手法四個方面提出了川西度假酒店院落空間設(shè)計的相關(guān)策略,并通過分析筆者親身參與的實踐項目來驗證前文所提出的策略在實際設(shè)計是否具有指導(dǎo)意義。雖然本文的主要研究對象為川西地區(qū)度假酒店,但是對于空間的設(shè)計及地域文化的表達(dá)所參考的設(shè)計策略卻沒有局限性,希望能將其應(yīng)用到所有度假酒店院落空間的設(shè)計中。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of The Holiday Resort in China, the rapid growth of economy, the convenience of transportation and the increase of vacation time, the demand for traveling is increasing year by year. With the improvement of consumption level and spiritual level, the design of holiday hotel is becoming diversified, individualized and ecological. Nowadays resort hotels should not only satisfy the single function of accommodation, but also embody the use of natural resources and respect for landscape. Among them, courtyard space, as an important function composition of resort hotel, plays many functions such as organizing space, connecting with nature, regulating climate, expressing culture and so on. Therefore, the design of courtyard space is an important part of The Holiday Resort design. Sichuan is rich in natural resources and rich in history and culture. On this fertile soil, there are many famous tourist attractions, such as Jiuzhaigou, Qingcheng Mountain, Dujiangyan, Emei Mountain and so on. At present, a large number of holiday hotels have been built or are planned to be built in various tourist areas in Sichuan, which provides a rich practical case study for the courtyard space of resort hotels, from which some problems can be found and some design techniques worthy of reference can be found. This paper firstly introduces the status quo and development of tourism vacation. Secondly, the related concept of resort space is analyzed. By connecting the space of Chinese traditional garden with the space of modern resort hotel, it is found that there are many similarities in their design techniques. Through the comparison and analysis of Hangzhou's outstanding cases, the author draws some valuable methods in the design of the courtyard space of the resort hotel. Thirdly, this paper summarizes the regional cultural factors that affect the design of The Holiday Resort courtyard space in western Sichuan, and makes an investigation and analysis of the local representative resort hotels, so as to discuss the space design and existing problems of resort hotels in western Sichuan. Fourth, on the basis of previous theoretical research and case study, the author combines the courtyard with the natural environment, the combination model of group space, the space design of individual courtyard, Four aspects of the expression techniques of regional culture put forward the relevant strategies of the courtyard space design of the resort hotel in western Sichuan, and through the analysis of the practical projects in which the author personally participated to verify whether the above strategy is of guiding significance in the actual design. Although the main research object of this paper is the resort hotels in western Sichuan area, the design strategies for the design of space and the expression of regional culture are not limited, and it is hoped that it can be applied to the design of the courtyard space of all resort hotels.
