基于風貌保護的歷史街區(qū)交通空間規(guī)劃與改善研究

【摘要】:在城市現代化發(fā)展進程中,歷史街區(qū)的規(guī)劃與保護一直是城市建設的核心內容,但因為種種原因,許多歷史街區(qū)的保護不能得到重視,甚至遭到破壞,使得地方特色和傳統(tǒng)文化正在逐漸消失。作為文化價值和地域形象的重要體現,如何處理好歷史街區(qū)交通空間的規(guī)劃和改善,是當前城市規(guī)劃和交通規(guī)劃的一項重要任務。本論文以歷史街區(qū)交通空間為研究對象,基于歷史風貌保護的前提,通過對歷史街區(qū)交通空間的形態(tài)特征和現狀問題的研究,建立了歷史街區(qū)交通空間規(guī)劃和改善的模式,提出了切實可行的具體措施和方案,并利用SPSS和Matlab數據分析提出了基于歷史街區(qū)路面形式的的慢行交通穩(wěn)靜化設計和交通管理與控制方式。通過對國內外研究的發(fā)展現狀分析,依據對歷史街區(qū)相關理論和要素內涵的研究,提出了歷史街區(qū)交通空間的概念;結合人文風俗和歷史文化,對鄭州、洛陽、開封、銀川、漢中等多個歷史名城中的歷史街區(qū)進行了深入調查,分析了現狀國內歷史街區(qū)歷史繼承、設施、空間、視覺及路網等多方面存在的問題;以交通空間規(guī)劃的原則為指導依據,提出了交通空間規(guī)劃的具體思路,詳細探討了歷史街區(qū)交通空間規(guī)劃的具體內容,并針對歷史街區(qū)交通空間內的道路、歷史建筑、市政設施、服務設施、交通優(yōu)化等各個具體方面提出了規(guī)劃方式和改善措施。以漢中東關正街歷史街區(qū)為例,通過實地調查研究,梳理了漢中市及東關正街的歷史沿革,分析了有關道路、建筑、設施、界面、交通等多方面數據,探討了街區(qū)存在的現實問題,據此提出了詳細的規(guī)劃思路,并針對交通空間的界面、設施、色彩等多個元素制定了具體的改善措施。本研究得到國家自然科學基金《中西部歷史名城歷史街區(qū)空間保護與再造的交通運輸規(guī)劃設計理論與方法研究》的資助。
[Abstract]:In the process of urban modernization development, the planning and protection of historic blocks has always been the core content of urban construction, but for various reasons, the protection of many historical blocks can not be paid attention to, or even destroyed. Local characteristics and traditional culture are gradually disappearing. As an important embodiment of cultural value and regional image, how to deal well with the planning and improvement of traffic space in historical blocks is an important task of current urban planning and traffic planning. This paper takes the traffic space of the historical block as the research object, based on the premise of the protection of historical style and features, through the research of the form characteristic and the present situation of the traffic space of the historical block, has established the model of the traffic space planning and improvement of the historical district. The practical and practical measures and schemes are put forward. Based on the data analysis of SPSS and Matlab, the stable and static design and traffic management and control mode of slow moving traffic based on the road form of historical block are proposed. Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign research and the research on the related theories and elements of historical blocks, this paper puts forward the concept of traffic space in historical blocks, and combines the humanities, customs and historical culture, to Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Kaifeng, Yinchuan, The historical blocks in Hanzhong and other famous historical cities have been investigated in depth, and the problems existing in historical inheritance, facilities, space, vision and road network of historical blocks in China have been analyzed, which are guided by the principles of traffic space planning. This paper puts forward the concrete ideas of traffic space planning, discusses in detail the concrete contents of traffic space planning in historical blocks, and aims at the roads, historical buildings, municipal facilities and service facilities in the traffic space of historical blocks. Traffic optimization and other specific aspects of the proposed planning and improvement measures. Taking the historical block of Dongguan main Street in Hanzhong as an example, through field investigation and research, the historical evolution of Hanzhong City and Dongguan Street is combed, and the related data of roads, buildings, facilities, interfaces, traffic and so on are analyzed. This paper discusses the practical problems existing in the block, and puts forward the detailed planning ideas, and formulates the concrete improvement measures aiming at the interface, facilities, color and other elements of the traffic space.
