某油庫傾斜地層上儲罐地基變形研究

【摘要】:目前國內原油儲備蓬勃發(fā)展,對原油消耗巨大。由于我國工業(yè)發(fā)達地區(qū)主要集中在東部沿海,但是東部沿海地區(qū)大多屬于軟土地基,故地基處理尤為重要,并且地基不均勻沉降是影響儲罐正常使用甚至破壞的重要原因之一。儲罐分布區(qū)的土層往往不是理想的平行地層,而是有些土層呈傾斜分布,這就容易造成儲罐地基的不均勻性,從而可能會導致儲罐發(fā)生不均勻沉降。本文結合實際工程以儲罐地基為研究對象,利用有限差分軟件FLAC3D對單儲罐及儲罐群地基沉降進行了動靜荷載作用下的數(shù)值模擬。重點分析了在地層傾角、地層厚度、加固范圍大小三種不同工況條件下單儲罐以及儲罐群的地基沉降規(guī)律并得出如下結論:1、地層傾角靜力荷載作用下,單儲罐發(fā)生向地層傾斜方向的整體傾斜沉降,各儲罐之間的相互影響小于地層傾角的影響;動力荷載作用下,單儲罐同樣發(fā)生向地層傾斜方向的整體傾斜沉降,沉降程度要大于靜力荷載作用,各儲罐之間的相互影響要小于地層傾角的影響。2、地層厚度動、靜荷載作用下,地層厚度對沉降的影響規(guī)律基本相同,由于各個儲罐之間的相互影響較小,使得地層厚度的變化只對沉降值的大小產生了影響,并沒有影響沉降曲線的發(fā)展趨勢。3、加固范圍靜力荷載作用下,不同的加固半徑對各個儲罐的地基變形及地基沉降的發(fā)展趨勢影響較小;動力荷載作用下,不同加固半徑對儲罐地基沉降影響較為顯著。
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic crude oil reserves are booming, and the consumption of crude oil is huge. Because the industrial developed areas of our country mainly concentrate on the east coast, but the eastern coastal areas mostly belong to the soft soil foundation, so the foundation treatment is particularly important, and the uneven settlement of the foundation is one of the important reasons that affect the normal use and even damage of the storage tanks. The soil layer in the storage tank distribution area is often not ideal parallel stratum, but some soil layers are inclined distribution, which is easy to cause the storage tank foundation non-uniformity, which may lead to the storage tank uneven settlement. In this paper, taking the foundation of storage tank as the research object, the settlement of single storage tank and tank group foundation is simulated under dynamic and dynamic loads by using finite difference software FLAC3D. In this paper, the settlement law of the foundation of the storage tank and the storage tank group under three different working conditions, namely, the dip angle, the thickness of the stratum and the reinforcement range, is analyzed emphatically, and the following conclusion is drawn: 1, under the static load of the dip angle of the stratum, The single tank inclines towards the ground, and the interaction between the tanks is smaller than that of the dip angle, and under the dynamic load, the single tank also has the whole inclined settlement in the direction of the slope of the ground. The degree of settlement is greater than that of static load, and the interaction between storage tanks is smaller than that of dip angle. The influence of stratum thickness on settlement is basically the same under static load. Because the interaction between each tank is small, the change of stratum thickness only affects the settlement value, and does not affect the development trend of settlement curve. The influence of different reinforcement radius on the foundation deformation and the development trend of foundation settlement of each tank is small, and the influence of different reinforcement radius on the foundation settlement of storage tank is more obvious under dynamic load.
