【摘要】:市政源水中有機(jī)物濃度隨季節(jié)變化對(duì)水質(zhì)影響顯著,有機(jī)物的有效去除是保證市政源水水質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵。海水淡化水是緩解淡水資源短缺的有效方法。由于海水淡化水的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性較差,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的市政舊鑄鐵管網(wǎng)存在一定侵蝕性和腐蝕性,因此如何結(jié)合天津市塘沽市政源水的季節(jié)性水質(zhì)特性,研究海水淡化水與市政源水混配的穩(wěn)定性問題,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)利用舊市政管網(wǎng)輸送海水淡化水及保證市政供水的穩(wěn)定性具有重要意義。本文研究了樹脂吸附的方法去除塘沽市政源水中有機(jī)物的機(jī)理及工藝,確定了提高海水淡化水化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性的措施及技術(shù)參數(shù)。首先,針對(duì)不同季節(jié)的天津市塘沽市政源水,研究了磁性離子交換樹脂(MIEX)對(duì)市政源水中有機(jī)物的吸附處理工藝,確定了處理不同季節(jié)市政源水MIEX最佳投加量(春、夏、秋、冬季分別為6mL/L、8mL/L、8mL/L、8mL/L)及最佳吸附時(shí)間(30min)。結(jié)果表明:MIEX具有良好的再生性能,MIEX吸附有機(jī)物的過程可由Freundlich模型及準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程描述,吸附過程為放熱過程。與常規(guī)混凝工藝相比,MIEX與混凝工藝聯(lián)用能夠提高CODMn去除率(約為45%)。MIEX對(duì)于去除市政源水中有機(jī)物效果顯著。其次,研究了海水淡化水與塘沽市政供水的混配工藝,考察了混配比、pH、攪拌速率對(duì)混配水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性的影響。采用正交試驗(yàn)方法優(yōu)化了海水淡化水與不同季節(jié)塘沽市政源水最佳混配工藝參數(shù)為:海水淡化水與春季市政源水混配體積比為1:2.5,pH為8.2,攪拌速率為100r/min:海水淡化水與夏季市政源水混配體積比為1:2.5,pH為8.2,攪拌速率為100r/min;海水淡化水與秋季市政源水混配體積比為1:2.5,pH為8.4,攪拌速率為100e/min;海水淡化水與冬季市政源水混配體積比為1:2,pH為8.4,攪拌速率為100r/min。經(jīng)混配工藝處理海水淡化水LSI由-5.11提高到0.5,IL由2.16降低到1.0,海水淡化水化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性明顯提高。最后,探討了現(xiàn)有市政舊管網(wǎng)對(duì)市政用水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性的影響。采用管齡約為20年的塘沽市政鑄鐵舊管道,考察了連續(xù)運(yùn)行條件下海水淡化水、自來水、混配水對(duì)現(xiàn)有市政舊管網(wǎng)的腐蝕性,考察了水體中總鐵濃度、硬度、濁度和色度的變化規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:海水淡化水對(duì)現(xiàn)有市政舊管網(wǎng)具有較強(qiáng)的腐蝕性。在循環(huán)運(yùn)行72h后,海水淡化水中總鐵濃度由0提高至0.27gg/mL,通過對(duì)海水淡化水進(jìn)行混配處理,混配水中總鐵濃度由0.05μg/mL提高至0.20μg/mL,混配工藝能夠有效降低海水淡化水對(duì)市政鑄鐵舊管道的腐蝕性。
[Abstract]:The concentration of organic matter in municipal source water has a significant influence on water quality with seasonal variation. The effective removal of organic matter is the key to ensure the water quality of municipal source water. Seawater desalination is an effective method to alleviate the shortage of fresh water resources. Because of the poor chemical stability of desalination water and the corrosion and corrosion of the existing municipal iron cast pipe network, how to combine the seasonal water quality characteristics of Tianjin Tanggu municipal water source water, It is of great significance to study the stability of the mixture of desalination water and municipal source water, which is of great significance to realize the transportation of desalination water by using the old municipal pipe network and to ensure the stability of municipal water supply. In this paper, the mechanism and process of removing organic matter from Tanggu municipal source water by resin adsorption method are studied, and the measures and technical parameters to improve the chemical stability of desalination water are determined. Firstly, the adsorption process of magnetic ion exchange resin (miex) on organic matter in municipal source water was studied for Tanggu municipal water in different seasons, and the optimum dosage of miex (spring, summer and autumn) was determined. In winter, it is 6 mL / L / L ~ (8) mL / L ~ (8) mL / L ~ (-1) and the best adsorption time (30min) is 8 mL / L ~ (-1) / L ~ (-1) / L ~ (-1), respectively. The results show that the process of adsorption of organic matter by miex with good regeneration performance can be described by Freundlich model and quasi-second-order kinetic equation, and the adsorption process is exothermic. Compared with the conventional coagulation process, the combined use of miex and coagulation process can improve the removal rate of COD _ (mn) (about 45%). Miex has a remarkable effect on the removal of organic matter in municipal source water. Secondly, the mixing process of seawater desalination water and Tanggu municipal water supply was studied, and the effects of mixing ratio (pH) and mixing rate on the stability of mixed water quality were investigated. The optimum mixing process parameters of desalination water and Tanggu municipal source water in different seasons were optimized by orthogonal test. The volume ratio of desalination water to municipal water in spring was 1: 2. 5 and pH was 8. 2, and the mixing rate was 100 r / min: seawater desalination. The mixed volume ratio of water to municipal source water in summer is 1: 2.5, pH is 8.2, and the mixing rate is 100 r / min. The volume ratio of seawater desalination water to municipal source water in autumn is 1: 2.5, pH is 8.4, the mixing rate is 100 e/ min, and the volume ratio of desalinated water to municipal water in winter is 1: 2, pH is 8.4, and the mixing rate is 100 r / min. The LSI of seawater desalination water was increased from -5.11 to 0.5 L IL from 2.16 to 1.0, and the chemical stability of seawater desalination water was improved obviously. Finally, the influence of the old municipal pipe network on the stability of municipal water quality is discussed. The corrosion of seawater desalinated water, tap water and mixed water on the existing municipal old pipe network under continuous operation condition was investigated by using Tanggu municipal cast iron pipeline with the age of about 20 years. The total iron concentration and hardness in the water body were also investigated. The change of turbidity and chromaticity. The results show that seawater desalination has a strong corrosive effect on the old municipal pipe network. After 72 hours of cycle operation, the total iron concentration in seawater desalination water increased from 0 to 0.27 g / mL. The total iron concentration in mixed water was increased from 0.05 渭 g / mL to 0.20 渭 g / mL. The mixing process can effectively reduce the corrosion of desalination water to municipal cast iron pipes.
