【摘要】：近年來國內(nèi)綠色建筑領(lǐng)域發(fā)展迅速,獲得綠色建筑標(biāo)識認(rèn)證的建筑數(shù)量飛速增長,但對其實際運(yùn)行效果關(guān)注不夠,建筑實際運(yùn)行與設(shè)計往往存在偏差;另一方面現(xiàn)有評價標(biāo)識難以給出以實際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)的建筑運(yùn)行性能量化評價。本文以此為背景,對國內(nèi)綠色辦公建筑實際運(yùn)行性能進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析及評價體系建立。本文的主要工作內(nèi)容與成果如下。首先,對國內(nèi)各氣候區(qū)綠色辦公建筑運(yùn)行性能從建筑能耗及環(huán)境品質(zhì)兩方面進(jìn)行了綜合分析,展現(xiàn)了其實際運(yùn)行水平。調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)各氣候區(qū)獲得綠色建筑標(biāo)識認(rèn)證的辦公建筑整體能耗較低,但各建筑間能耗差異較大。物理參數(shù)測量結(jié)果基本達(dá)到相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;用戶滿意度調(diào)研結(jié)果顯示綠色建筑用戶比常規(guī)建筑對室內(nèi)環(huán)境品質(zhì)明顯有更高的滿意度,且此差異在熱環(huán)境、室內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì)及整體滿意度上最為顯著。其次,以第一階段后評估體系為基礎(chǔ),針對數(shù)據(jù)庫法基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫不完備與不準(zhǔn)確的問題,提出采用參考建筑法,同時對數(shù)據(jù)庫能耗計量模型以及建筑分類信息進(jìn)行了規(guī)定,建立了對建筑運(yùn)行性能的層層剖析流程,提倡“通過自然可調(diào)控模式滿足用戶需求的同時發(fā)揮節(jié)能潛力”的綠色建筑運(yùn)行理念。論文整理了后評估操作所需材料清單,以兩個建筑案例為樣本,展示了具體操作流程,并且通過兩案例的對比對節(jié)能運(yùn)行理念進(jìn)行了討論。此外,針對評估體系中評價分值物理意義不明確的問題,提出了對單項環(huán)境品質(zhì)與相應(yīng)分項能耗綜合考慮的運(yùn)行性能評價指標(biāo)并進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,對ASHRAE的舒適指標(biāo)、新風(fēng)機(jī)組運(yùn)行模式進(jìn)行了分析實驗,對如何平衡舒適的環(huán)境品質(zhì)與低碳節(jié)能的建筑消耗之間的問題進(jìn)行了討論。最后,論文對當(dāng)前工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),提出不足之處及后續(xù)工作方向。論文研究成果對于國內(nèi)外綠色辦公建筑的實際運(yùn)行性能研究、綠色建筑節(jié)能運(yùn)行模式及性能優(yōu)化分析、室內(nèi)環(huán)境品質(zhì)及用戶滿意度提升策略、建筑綜合運(yùn)行評價指標(biāo)體系提供了有益的參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the field of green building in China has developed rapidly, and the number of buildings certified by green building logo has increased rapidly, but the actual operation effect is not enough concerned, and the actual operation and design of buildings are often deviated. On the other hand, it is difficult to give the quantitative evaluation of building operation performance based on actual operation data. Based on this background, this paper investigates and analyzes the actual operating performance of green office buildings in China and establishes an evaluation system. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows. Firstly, the operation performance of green office buildings in various climate areas in China is analyzed comprehensively from the aspects of building energy consumption and environmental quality, and the actual operation level is shown. It is found that the overall energy consumption of the office buildings with green building logo certification is low, but the energy consumption among the buildings varies greatly. The measurement results of physical parameters basically meet the requirements of the corresponding standards, and the results of user satisfaction survey show that the users of green buildings have significantly higher satisfaction with indoor environmental quality than those of conventional buildings, and the difference lies in the thermal environment. Indoor air quality and overall satisfaction were the most significant. Secondly, based on the post-evaluation system of the first stage, aiming at the incompleteness and inaccuracy of the basic database of the database method, the reference building method is proposed, and the energy consumption measurement model of the database and the classification information of the building are stipulated. In this paper, the analysis flow of building performance is established, and the idea of green building operation is advocated, which is "satisfying the needs of users through natural control mode and giving full play to the potential of energy saving". The paper collates the list of materials needed for post-evaluation operation, takes two building cases as samples, shows the specific operation flow, and discusses the idea of energy-saving operation through the comparison of the two cases. In addition, aiming at the problem that the physical meaning of evaluation score is not clear in the evaluation system, this paper puts forward a comprehensive performance evaluation index for the single environmental quality and the corresponding energy consumption, and applies it to the comfort index of ASHRAE. The operation mode of the fresh air unit is analyzed and the problem of how to balance the comfortable environmental quality with the low carbon energy saving building consumption is discussed. Finally, the paper summarizes the current work, puts forward the shortcomings and future work direction. The research results of this paper are applied to the research of the actual operation performance of the green office building at home and abroad, the energy-saving operation mode and the performance optimization analysis of the green building, the promotion strategy of indoor environmental quality and customer satisfaction. The evaluation index system of comprehensive operation of buildings provides a useful reference.
