【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,規(guī)劃實(shí)施評(píng)估已成為規(guī)劃實(shí)施過程中必不可少的一環(huán)。當(dāng)前,基于GIS的城市規(guī)劃實(shí)施評(píng)估工作越來越受到規(guī)劃界的關(guān)注與重視。在此背景下,文章探討了基于GIS技術(shù)的規(guī)劃實(shí)施評(píng)估流程與內(nèi)容。通過總結(jié)可知,基于GIS的量化評(píng)估過程可以概括為評(píng)估因子選取、三維量化對(duì)比和信息分析回饋三個(gè)步驟。此外,文章探討了GIS在規(guī)劃實(shí)施評(píng)估中應(yīng)用的未來趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, planning implementation evaluation has become an indispensable part of the planning implementation process. At present, more and more attention is paid to the implementation evaluation of urban planning based on GIS. Under this background, this paper discusses the process and content of planning and implementation evaluation based on GIS technology. Through summing up, the process of quantitative evaluation based on GIS can be summarized as three steps: selection of evaluation factors, three-dimensional quantitative comparison and information analysis and feedback. In addition, the paper discusses the future trend of GIS application in planning implementation evaluation.
