【摘要】：隨著社會經濟的發(fā)展、技術設備的革新以及生活方式的不斷的改變,人們對住宅舒適度的要求越來越高,同時伴隨著人們在生活起居空間中停留時間的增加,人們對生活起居空間舒適度的要求也越來越高,也要求生活起居空間不斷進行創(chuàng)新設計。生活起居空間的作用在整個居住空間中也顯得越發(fā)重要。由于生活起居空間在不同時期受經濟、技術、生活方式等因素的影響,功能需求、空間組合方式等在不斷變化,因此研究不同時期經濟、技術、生活方式的變化對生活起居空間創(chuàng)新設計的影響,對不同時期生活起居空間的創(chuàng)新設計研究也變得尤為重要。創(chuàng)新設計研究不僅要滿足人們高舒適度的生活起居空間要求,還需適應新時代的生活棲居理念。目前,國內外住宅研究主要集中在住宅生活起居空間的功能關系、舒適度、空間的適應性、可變性、人體工程學等方面,缺少對集合式住宅舒適型戶型生活起居空間各個階段發(fā)展變化的縱向比較研究,缺少對環(huán)境背景影響下生活起居空間是如何逐步改善并契合人們當時的生活需求的綜合分析。本文主要選取商品住宅發(fā)展的三個重要時期為縱向研究范圍,列舉不同階段集合式住宅典型戶型的生活起居空間,分析相應時期典型生活起居空間的特點,闡述影響生活起居空間發(fā)展變化的根源,為生活起居空間的創(chuàng)新設計提供設計基礎,為未來生活起居空間創(chuàng)新設計的發(fā)展方向提供一定的借鑒作用。本文選取在住宅創(chuàng)新設計領域具有較大影響力的不同時期典型舒適型生活起居空間為研究對象,通過實地調研、問卷調查分析、與設計師的直接交流等手段,歸納總結不同時期集合式住宅中二居室、三居室、四居室等舒適型戶型生活起居空間的特點,并分析其創(chuàng)新特點與當時背景環(huán)境的關系�？v向分析環(huán)境背景對其發(fā)展變化的影響,探討舒適型生活起居空間創(chuàng)新設計的策略,并展望生活起居空間的未來發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the innovation of technology and equipment and the constant change of life style, people have higher and higher requirements for the comfort of housing, and with the increase of people's residence time in living space, People demand more and more comfortable living space, and they also require innovative design of living space. The function of living space is more and more important in the whole living space. Because living space is influenced by economy, technology, lifestyle and other factors, functional demand and spatial combination mode are constantly changing in different periods, so we study economy and technology in different periods. The influence of the change of life style on the innovative design of living space and the research on the innovative design of living space in different periods have become particularly important. The research of innovative design should not only meet the requirements of high comfort living space, but also adapt to the concept of living in the new era. At present, domestic and foreign housing research mainly focuses on the functional relationship, comfort, adaptability, variability, ergonomics, etc., of residential living space. There is a lack of longitudinal comparative study on the development and change of comfortable household living space in collective housing, and a comprehensive analysis of how the living space is gradually improved and adapted to people's living needs under the influence of environmental background. This paper mainly selects three important periods of the development of commercial housing as the longitudinal research scope, enumerates the typical living space of the typical household in different stages, and analyzes the characteristics of the typical living space in the corresponding period. This paper expounds the root causes that affect the development and change of living space, provides the design basis for the innovative design of living space, and provides certain reference for the development direction of living space innovation design in the future. This paper selects the typical comfortable living space with great influence in the field of residential innovation design as the research object, through field investigation, questionnaire survey and analysis, direct communication with designers and so on. This paper sums up the characteristics of comfortable household living space in different periods, such as two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom and so on, and analyzes the relationship between its innovative characteristics and the background environment at that time. This paper analyzes the influence of environment background on its development and changes, probes into the innovative design strategy of comfortable living space, and looks forward to the future development trend of living space.
