【摘要】：無閥濾池是一種能夠自動(dòng)運(yùn)行的過濾設(shè)備,廣泛用于給水和污水處理工程。但由于沖洗水流中挾帶大量空氣,虹吸過程不能正常進(jìn)行,致使濾池不能自動(dòng)運(yùn)行,常需要人為干預(yù)。用聯(lián)鎖器取代無閥濾池的"U"型進(jìn)水管,可以有效解決沖洗水的挾氣問題,從而保證無閥濾池的自動(dòng)運(yùn)行。聯(lián)鎖器利用虹吸管的正負(fù)壓力轉(zhuǎn)換,自動(dòng)控制進(jìn)水瓣膜的啟閉,可以在濾池沖洗時(shí)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉進(jìn)水,不僅阻斷了空氣的進(jìn)入,還節(jié)省了水資源;在沖洗完成后,自動(dòng)重啟進(jìn)水,繼續(xù)過濾。聯(lián)鎖器既適用于新建濾池,也適用于現(xiàn)有濾池的改造。
[Abstract]:Valveless filter is a kind of filter equipment which can run automatically. It is widely used in water supply and sewage treatment engineering. However, the siphon process can not be carried out normally because a large amount of air is carried out in the flushing flow, so the filter can not operate automatically, and human intervention is often needed. The "U" type intake pipe without valve filter can be replaced by interlocking device, which can effectively solve the gas carrying problem of flushing water and ensure the automatic operation of the valve free filter. The interlock can automatically control the opening and closing of the inlet valve by using the positive and negative pressure conversion of the siphon. It can automatically close the inlet water when the filter is flushed. It not only blocks the air entry, but also saves water resources. After washing, the inlet water is automatically restarted. Keep filtering. The interlock can be used not only in the new filter but also in the modification of the existing filter.
