【摘要】:復(fù)雜密集節(jié)點(diǎn)處鋼筋排布密集、構(gòu)造復(fù)雜無(wú)論在施工方面還是在設(shè)計(jì)方面都存在諸多問(wèn)題,然而節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū),起到傳接力和連接的作用,在設(shè)計(jì)和施工中都是特別關(guān)注的部位。本文將對(duì)復(fù)雜密集節(jié)點(diǎn)存在的典型問(wèn)題分類(lèi)分析,并總結(jié)出能夠解決問(wèn)題的技術(shù)措施。如今,建筑信息化模型(BIM)作為一種全新的建模理念和三維技術(shù)已成為國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行三維模擬分析的必備技術(shù)。然而將BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于復(fù)雜密集節(jié)點(diǎn)處鋼筋的三維排布設(shè)計(jì)與施工模擬的研究并不多見(jiàn)。本文將結(jié)合總結(jié)出的技術(shù)措施應(yīng)用三維深化設(shè)計(jì)軟件對(duì)復(fù)雜密集節(jié)點(diǎn)處鋼筋排布進(jìn)行三維模擬分析和施工模擬分析,解決設(shè)計(jì)和施工中存在的典型問(wèn)題。最后對(duì)深化設(shè)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā),賦予軟件更為實(shí)用的功能。本文的主要內(nèi)容如下:首先,針對(duì)普通鋼筋混凝土梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)、鋼筋混凝土梁-型鋼混凝土柱節(jié)點(diǎn)和型鋼混凝土梁-型鋼混凝土柱節(jié)點(diǎn)三類(lèi)復(fù)雜密集節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)與施工存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研,總結(jié)得到產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的典型節(jié)點(diǎn)形式,并對(duì)典型節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行由特殊到一般的總結(jié)歸納。通過(guò)定量和定性?xún)煞N分析方法,得出產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)而找到解決問(wèn)題的技術(shù)措施。然后,分別使用三維排布深化設(shè)計(jì)軟件Tekla Structure和施工模擬深化設(shè)計(jì)軟件Navisworks,并運(yùn)用總結(jié)出的解決問(wèn)題的技術(shù)措施對(duì)之前產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的典型節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行深化設(shè)計(jì),從而解決設(shè)計(jì)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工時(shí)存在的問(wèn)題。最后,針對(duì)施工模擬深化設(shè)計(jì)軟件Navisworks,使用CSharp(即C#)語(yǔ)言在Visual Studio2010的開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)上,做一次二次開(kāi)發(fā),編寫(xiě)一個(gè).NET插件,并測(cè)試插件的功能,達(dá)到賦予Navisworks軟件更加實(shí)用功能的目的。
[Abstract]:There are many problems in the construction and design, but the core area of the node plays the role of transmission and connection, which is especially concerned in the design and construction. In this paper, the typical problems of complex dense nodes are classified and analyzed, and the technical measures to solve the problems are summarized. Nowadays, building information model (BIM), as a new concept of modeling and 3D technology, has become a necessary technology for technicians at home and abroad to carry out 3D simulation and analysis. However, the application of BIM technology to 3D layout design and construction simulation of steel bars at complex and dense joints is rare. In this paper, the 3D simulation analysis and construction simulation analysis of steel bar arrangement at complex dense nodes are carried out by using 3D deepening design software combined with the technical measures summarized, and the typical problems existing in design and construction are solved. Finally, the further development of the design software is carried out, giving the software more practical functions. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first of all, for ordinary reinforced concrete Liang Zhu joints, The problems existing in the design and construction of three kinds of complex dense joints of reinforced concrete beam-steel reinforced concrete column and steel reinforced concrete column are investigated on the spot, and the typical joint forms of the problems are summarized. The typical nodes are summarized from special to general. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, the causes of the problem are obtained and the technical measures to solve the problem are found. Then, we use Tekla structure software and Navisworks software respectively, and use the technical measures to solve the problem to deepen the design of the typical node before the problem. In order to solve the design and site construction problems. Finally, in view of the construction simulation deepening design software Navisworks, we use CSharp (C #) language in Visual Studio 2010 development platform, do a second development, write a .NET plug-in, and test the function of plug-in, achieve the purpose of giving Navisworks more practical function.
