【摘要】：天津法租界在近代中國(guó)開(kāi)埠城市中具有重要地位,是天津九國(guó)租界中開(kāi)設(shè)時(shí)間最早、城市建設(shè)最為成熟的租界之一,天津法租界的城市發(fā)展歷程記錄了法國(guó)殖民者在中國(guó)苦心經(jīng)營(yíng),從物質(zhì)文化殖民達(dá)到精神文化殖民的過(guò)程,是帝國(guó)主義耕耘中國(guó)完成其侵略目的一個(gè)縮影,也是近代中國(guó)城市發(fā)展的一個(gè)見(jiàn)證。論文選取天津法租界作為研究對(duì)象,嘗試梳理天津法租界的城市發(fā)展過(guò)程并分析發(fā)展背后所蘊(yùn)含的文化與經(jīng)濟(jì)博弈關(guān)系,有助于完善近代天津城市研究理論體系,為今后的歷史街區(qū)與建筑文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)提供理論支撐。研究以1861年4月24日中法兩國(guó)簽訂《天津紫竹林法國(guó)租地條款》,正式設(shè)立天津法租界,至1943年2月法國(guó)維希政府宣布放棄在華租界為止的82年間,天津法租界的城市發(fā)展過(guò)程、發(fā)展特點(diǎn)與推動(dòng)城市發(fā)展的動(dòng)因。論文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)歸納、實(shí)踐調(diào)查、對(duì)比研究、案例研究等研究方法,以法國(guó)南特外交史檔案館、比利時(shí)國(guó)家檔案館等海外檔案館的檔案作為研究基礎(chǔ),梳理天津法租界的城市建設(shè)規(guī)劃與建設(shè)過(guò)程,研究天津法租界的城市發(fā)展機(jī)制,在一定程度上填補(bǔ)了天津法租界歷史沿革、田野調(diào)查與建筑風(fēng)格歸納等方面的空白。論文以天津法租界中的法國(guó)民族主義作為切入點(diǎn),研究天津法租界發(fā)展過(guò)程中法國(guó)民族主義的傾向?qū)Τ鞘泄芾矸绞脚c城市風(fēng)貌的影響,梳理法國(guó)民族主義理念與中國(guó)文化相互影響的過(guò)程。論文分共分為六章,第一章明確論文的研究目的與意義,說(shuō)明論文的研究方法與檔案使用情況。第二章簡(jiǎn)述天津法租界的創(chuàng)立、擴(kuò)展以及市政設(shè)施與建筑的建設(shè)過(guò)程。第三章介紹城市的管理機(jī)制,包括作為天津法租界城市決策者的法國(guó)駐津領(lǐng)事、市政管理機(jī)構(gòu)以及市政法規(guī),分析作為城市發(fā)展動(dòng)力的房地產(chǎn)業(yè)在天津法租界的發(fā)展。第四章記述天津法租界歷次城市規(guī)劃及天津其他租界對(duì)法租界城市規(guī)劃的影響。第五章整理天津法租界城市主流建筑風(fēng)格的發(fā)展變化情況,闡述法國(guó)民族主義在建筑風(fēng)格上的表現(xiàn)方式。第六章研究天津法租界法國(guó)民族符號(hào)的表達(dá)方式,以及天津法租界的城市空間從隔離到融合的過(guò)程。基于上述研究,論文得出以下三個(gè)結(jié)論:首先,天津法租界的發(fā)展過(guò)程即是法租界與天津其他租界及華人社會(huì)展開(kāi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的過(guò)程;其次,法租界管理者通過(guò)管理系統(tǒng)、城市法規(guī)與文化導(dǎo)向,強(qiáng)化了城市的法蘭西民族特征;第三,以房地產(chǎn)業(yè)為城市發(fā)展引擎以及吸引華人資本的大量注入,是將法租界塑造成天津近代經(jīng)濟(jì)中心的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Tianjin French concession plays an important role in the opening of port cities in modern China. It is one of the oldest and most mature concessions in Tianjin's nine countries. The city development course of Tianjin French concession recorded the French colonists' painstaking operation in China, from material culture colonization to spiritual and cultural colonization. It was a microcosm of the imperialist cultivation of China to accomplish its aggressive purpose. It is also a witness of the development of modern Chinese cities. This paper chooses Tianjin French concession as the research object, tries to sort out the urban development process of Tianjin legal concession and analyzes the relationship between culture and economy behind the development, which is helpful to perfect the modern Tianjin city research theory system. To provide theoretical support for the protection of historical blocks and architectural cultural heritage in the future. In this paper, on April 24, 1861, China and France signed the "French concession clause of Tianjin purple bamboo forest", formally establishing Tianjin French concession. In February 1943, the French Vichy government gave up the concession in China for 82 years, and the urban development process of Tianjin French concession was carried out. The characteristics of development and the motivation of promoting urban development. Through literature induction, practical investigation, comparative study, case study and other research methods, the paper takes the archives of the French diplomatic History Archives, the Belgian National Archives and other overseas archives as the research basis. Combing the urban construction planning and construction process of Tianjin French concession, studying the urban development mechanism of Tianjin French concession, to a certain extent, filled the blank of Tianjin French concession history, field investigation and architectural style induction, and so on. This paper takes the French nationalism in Tianjin French concession as the starting point to study the influence of the tendency of French nationalism in the development of Tianjin French concession on the style of urban management and the style of the city. Combing the process of the interaction between French nationalism and Chinese culture. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter clarifies the purpose and significance of the paper, and explains the research methods and the use of archives. The second chapter briefly describes the establishment, expansion and construction of municipal facilities and buildings in Tianjin French concession. The third chapter introduces the management mechanism of the city, including the French consulate in Tianjin as the decision-maker of Tianjin French concession city, the municipal administration organization and the municipal laws and regulations, and analyzes the development of real estate industry in Tianjin French concession, which is the driving force of the development of the city. The fourth chapter describes the history of Tianjin concession urban planning and the impact of other concessions on the French concession urban planning. The fifth chapter summarizes the development and changes of the mainstream architectural style in Tianjin French concession city, and expounds the expression of French nationalism in the architectural style. The sixth chapter studies the expression of French national symbols in Tianjin French concession and the process of city space from isolation to integration in Tianjin French concession. Based on the above research, the paper draws the following three conclusions: first, the development process of Tianjin French concession is the process of competition between the French concession and other concessions in Tianjin and the Chinese society; secondly, the French concession managers pass the management system. Urban laws and cultural guidance strengthened the French national characteristics of the city. Thirdly, taking real estate as the engine of urban development and attracting a large amount of Chinese capital were the key factors that shaped the French concession into Tianjin's modern economic center.
