【摘要】：針對(duì)一起"小火亡人"火災(zāi)事故,起火場(chǎng)所為經(jīng)營(yíng)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和住宿的"合用場(chǎng)所",介紹了火災(zāi)調(diào)查經(jīng)過(guò),采用環(huán)境勘驗(yàn)、初步勘驗(yàn)、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)勘驗(yàn)和細(xì)項(xiàng)勘驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析,客觀分析起火時(shí)間、起火部位、起火點(diǎn)和起火原因的認(rèn)定依據(jù),總結(jié)火災(zāi)調(diào)查的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),為今后的火災(zāi)調(diào)查提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the light of a fire accident involving "small fire victims", the place of fire is a "shared place" for management, storage and accommodation. The course of fire investigation is introduced, and the analysis is carried out by means of environmental survey, preliminary investigation, special investigation and detailed item investigation. Objective analysis of the fire time, fire location, fire location and fire cause identification basis, summed up the experience and lessons of fire investigation, to provide a reference for future fire investigation.
