冷凍水流量和溫度對(duì)基于混合工質(zhì)的雙溫冷水機(jī)組性能影響

【摘要】:為研究冷凍水流量與溫度變化對(duì)基于大滑移溫度非共沸工質(zhì)雙溫冷水機(jī)組性能的影響規(guī)律,本文在大滑移溫度非共沸工質(zhì)的雙溫冷水機(jī)組實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行了多組實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)分別研究了非共沸工質(zhì)R32/R236fa在不同質(zhì)量組分比例(0.4∶0.6,0.5∶0.5,0.6∶0.4)下,冷凍水流量由0.25 m~3/h增大到0.45 m~3/h,以及高溫冷凍水溫度變化時(shí),冷水機(jī)組性能的變化情況。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在冷卻水進(jìn)出口溫度為32℃與37℃,高、低溫冷凍水溫度分別為7℃,16℃時(shí),不同冷凍水流量下冷水機(jī)組的制冷效率(COP)最大為4.17,最小COP為3.27。此外,高溫冷凍水溫度變化對(duì)冷水機(jī)組COP存在明顯影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)為大滑移溫度的雙溫冷水機(jī)組的應(yīng)用提出了數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of chilled water flow and temperature change on the performance of double-temperature chiller based on large slip temperature non-azeotropic refrigerant, a multi-group experiment was carried out on a double-temperature chiller with large slip temperature and non-azeotropic working fluid.
