【摘要】：作為集中管理特定檔案的專門(mén)機(jī)構(gòu),檔案館的定位及服務(wù)功能隨著人們觀念意識(shí)及生活方式的變化已發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)變——查閱檔案已越來(lái)越成為普通民眾的需求;平民化、開(kāi)放化已是新時(shí)期檔案館建筑功能定位的大勢(shì)所趨。然而,相比博物館、圖書(shū)館等公共文化建筑,我國(guó)公共檔案館建筑起步晚,相應(yīng)研究少�，F(xiàn)行的檔案館設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范事實(shí)上并不能給檔案館設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)足夠科學(xué)、合理的指導(dǎo)。特別是處于檔案館職能、功能轉(zhuǎn)型期,規(guī)范中并沒(méi)有給出功能組成方面相應(yīng)的量化指導(dǎo),進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)的制定缺乏科學(xué)依據(jù)——“題出錯(cuò)”的情況屢見(jiàn)不鮮。建筑策劃恰恰是一個(gè)從項(xiàng)目客觀條件出發(fā),兼顧業(yè)主、使用者等各方需求的基礎(chǔ)上給出相對(duì)科學(xué)合理的決策結(jié)果的過(guò)程。面臨檔案館功能定位轉(zhuǎn)型,有必要通過(guò)建筑策劃的手段對(duì)檔案館空間進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)并進(jìn)行多方案比較分析。本文旨在在建筑策劃相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,給出新時(shí)期檔案館功能組成定量分析策劃的模型�？紤]功能組成策劃的決策主體多樣,目標(biāo)多樣化且具有不可共度性,引入模糊數(shù)學(xué)決策理論——通過(guò)構(gòu)建檔案館功能組成方案評(píng)價(jià)的模糊評(píng)判模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)檔案館功能組成方案的優(yōu)選,進(jìn)而生成科學(xué)合理的建筑設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)。隨著人們對(duì)檔案館建筑功能需求的進(jìn)一步復(fù)雜化和建筑策劃方法實(shí)踐的推廣,從策劃角度對(duì)檔案館建筑設(shè)計(jì)全程進(jìn)行把控將成為此類型建筑的大勢(shì)所趨。
[Abstract]:As a specialized institution for centralized management of specific archives, the orientation and service functions of archives have changed with the change of people's consciousness and way of life-access to archives has become more and more the demand of ordinary people. Opening up is the general trend of the function orientation of archives building in the new period. However, compared with public cultural buildings such as museums and libraries, Chinese public archives buildings start late, and the corresponding research is less. In fact, the current design standard of archives can not give a scientific and reasonable guidance to archives design. Especially in the function transition period of archives, the criterion does not give the corresponding quantitative guidance on the function composition, which leads to the lack of scientific basis for the formulation of the related design tasks-the "problem error" situation is not uncommon. Architectural planning is a process of giving a relatively scientific and reasonable decision result on the basis of the objective conditions of the project and the needs of owners and users. In the face of the transformation of archives function orientation, it is necessary to forecast the archives space by means of architectural planning and to make a comparative analysis of multiple schemes. Based on the related theories of architectural planning, this paper gives a quantitative analysis model of the function composition of archives in the new period. Considering the diversity of the decision subjects and the diversity of the objectives, the fuzzy mathematics decision theory is introduced, which is used to construct the fuzzy evaluation model of the function composition scheme of the archives. To realize the optimal selection of the function composition scheme of archives, and then to generate scientific and reasonable architectural design taskbooks. With the further complication of the function requirement of the archives building and the popularization of the architectural planning method, it will be the general trend of this type of architecture to control the whole course of the architectural design of the archives from the angle of planning.
