大連普灣新區(qū)環(huán)灣地帶城市空間規(guī)劃設計研究

【摘要】:濱海環(huán)灣地區(qū)本身就是一個復雜的系統(tǒng),由于其特殊的地理位置。作為新城核心的濱海環(huán)灣地區(qū)定是新城乃至整個城市的魅力所在,對新城環(huán)灣地區(qū)的開發(fā)意義重大。然而,環(huán)灣地區(qū)對城市中心的形態(tài)具有分隔的作用,易引起城市功能不集中、交通聯(lián)系不便、開放空間缺乏活力、景觀設計缺乏特色等問題。同時相對于已建設環(huán)灣地區(qū)更新改造,新城環(huán)灣地區(qū)的開發(fā)建設更像是在一張白紙上作畫,缺乏必要的限制性因素,既是機遇也是挑戰(zhàn),本文以大連普灣新區(qū)環(huán)灣地帶城市設計為例,通過前期相關概念的界定提出環(huán)灣的特殊性,針對環(huán)灣特征進行相關理論研究,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外成功案例,對新城環(huán)灣地區(qū)的城市空間架構(gòu)進行了整體性的研究,從多角度探討了生態(tài)、緊湊、高效、活力的新城環(huán)灣地區(qū)城市空間架構(gòu)方法。論文主要闡述了以下內(nèi)容:首先,從相關概念入手,界定環(huán)灣及城市空間架構(gòu)的特征,確定研究范圍及意義,提出研究的創(chuàng)新之處,通過對視覺景觀角度下的城市空間架構(gòu)研究、“有機聚合、生態(tài)網(wǎng)絡”及“交融”的理念分析,尋找適合環(huán)灣地區(qū)城市設計的理論支撐與設計手法;再結(jié)合典型環(huán)灣地區(qū)開發(fā)建設的實際案例比較分析,為新城環(huán)灣地區(qū)的城市空間架構(gòu)提供實際開發(fā)建設經(jīng)驗及可借鑒之處。其次,從宏觀背景、城市特色及相關規(guī)劃解讀三方面對大連普灣新區(qū)環(huán)灣地帶進行背景分析。再結(jié)合環(huán)灣地帶的現(xiàn)狀解讀,得出大連普灣新區(qū)環(huán)灣地帶城市空間架構(gòu)的意義及必要性。最后,針對大連普灣新區(qū)環(huán)灣地帶城市空間規(guī)劃設計實例,提出環(huán)灣地帶城市空間架構(gòu)的原則及策略,并就城市空間體系、界面控制、綠化景觀、路徑體系、重要節(jié)點及建筑色彩風格方面提出具體的設計手法。
[Abstract]:Binhai Bay area is a complex system, because of its special geographical location. As the core of the new town, Binhai Bay area is the charm of the new city and the whole city, which is of great significance to the development of the new city ring bay area. However, the Huanwan area has the function of separating the form of the city center, which easily leads to the problems of the city function not concentrated, the transportation connection inconvenient, the open space lacking vitality, the landscape design lacking the characteristic and so on. At the same time, the development and construction of the Huan-wan area in Xincheng is more like painting on a blank sheet of paper, lacking the necessary restrictive factors. It is both an opportunity and a challenge. This paper takes the urban design of the ring bay zone in the new area of Dalian Puwan Bay as an example, puts forward the particularity of the ring bay through the definition of related concepts in the early stage, carries on the relevant theoretical research on the characteristics of the ring bay, and combines the successful cases at home and abroad. In this paper, the urban spatial structure in the Huan-wan area of New City is studied as a whole, and the method of urban spatial structure in the Huan-Wan area of Xincheng City is discussed from many angles, such as ecology, compactness, efficiency and vitality. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, starting with the relevant concepts, the paper defines the characteristics of the ring bay and the urban spatial structure, determines the scope and significance of the research, and puts forward the innovation of the research. Through the study of the urban space structure under the visual landscape angle, the concept analysis of "organic aggregation, ecological network" and "blending", to find the theoretical support and design method suitable for the urban design in Huan Wan area; Based on the comparative analysis of the actual cases of the development and construction of the typical Huanwan area, this paper provides the practical development and construction experience and reference for the urban spatial structure of the Huan-wan area in the new city. Secondly, this paper analyzes the background of Huan Wan area in Dalian Puwan New area from three aspects: macroscopic background, urban characteristics and related planning. The significance and necessity of the urban spatial structure of the Huan Wan zone in the new area of Dalian Puwan are obtained by combining with the current situation of the Huan Wan area. Finally, based on the example of urban spatial planning and design in Huan Wan area of Dalian Puwan New District, this paper puts forward the principles and strategies of urban spatial structure in Huan Wan area, and discusses the urban spatial system, interface control, greening landscape, path system, etc. Important node and architectural color style put forward specific design techniques.
