【摘要】：電梯啟制動頻繁,能耗較大,然而未有統(tǒng)一、有效的能效測試與評價方法。為了安全、便捷地進行電梯能效檢測和評價,分析了電梯運行能耗特點,研究了噸·千米(t·km)法的優(yōu)缺點,提出了空載法,給出了電梯能耗測試方法及能效分級方法,該方法在檢測過程中不需要載荷,只需電梯空載全程運行兩次,大大減少了測試時間,提高了安全性。并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了電梯能效檢測與評價裝置。多次工程實際應用結(jié)果表明,該方法操作簡單、精度高、耗時短,結(jié)果與實際情況相吻合,有重要的實際應用價值。
[Abstract]:Elevator brake frequently, energy consumption, but there is no unified, effective energy efficiency testing and evaluation method. In order to detect and evaluate energy efficiency of elevators safely and conveniently, this paper analyzes the characteristics of energy consumption in elevator operation, studies the advantages and disadvantages of ton km / t km) method, puts forward the no-load method, and gives the energy consumption test method and energy efficiency classification method of elevator. This method does not need load in the detection process, but only needs elevator to run twice in the whole process of no-load, which greatly reduces the test time and improves the safety. On this basis, the elevator energy efficiency detection and evaluation device is designed. The practical application results show that the method is simple in operation, high in accuracy and time consuming, and the result is in agreement with the actual situation, and it has important practical application value.
