【摘要】：在我國(guó)高校中,體育館建筑一直是最具代表性的建筑之一,并且其在很多方面都發(fā)揮著重要的作用。隨著我國(guó)高校規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,各個(gè)學(xué)校也逐漸建立了各自的分校區(qū),這也是體育設(shè)施的項(xiàng)目建設(shè)開(kāi)始增加的重要原因。另一方面,體育館里新建項(xiàng)目由于項(xiàng)目規(guī)模大、建設(shè)周期長(zhǎng)、項(xiàng)目投資大、工程施工技術(shù)復(fù)雜以及項(xiàng)目參與方多等特點(diǎn),各高校體育館新建項(xiàng)目往往面臨諸多不確定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),而這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)將會(huì)造成高校體育館新建項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量下降、項(xiàng)目成本提高、項(xiàng)目工期延誤等問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重影響高校教育事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。因此,加強(qiáng)高校新建體育館項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià),提出高校新建體育館項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施,有利于保障項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施,促進(jìn)高校綜合水平的提高。本文基于文獻(xiàn)分析法及案例分析法,采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方式,以壽光市職教中心新建體育館項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究為對(duì)象,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理影響因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別與評(píng)價(jià),提出體育館項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施,為壽光市職教中心新建體育館項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供一定的借鑒意義。首先,緒論部分,主要概述了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究背景及研究意義,綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究方法;其次,工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理基本理論概述部分,分析了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的定義、特征及分類(lèi),探究了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的原則、內(nèi)容及過(guò)程,同時(shí)針對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的具體內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析；再者,壽光職教中心體育館工程項(xiàng)目概況部分,在對(duì)項(xiàng)目基本情況與主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行介紹的基礎(chǔ)上分析項(xiàng)目管理組織架構(gòu),進(jìn)而針對(duì)壽光職教中心體育館工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析；第四,壽光職教中心體育館項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理識(shí)別部分,通過(guò)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析認(rèn)為壽光職教中心體育館工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要有項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、項(xiàng)目組織和管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、項(xiàng)目安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、項(xiàng)目工期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及客觀環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；第五,壽光職教中心體育館工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)部分,基于AHP法構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,通過(guò)構(gòu)建比較矩陣確定體育館工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,通過(guò)分析認(rèn)為壽光市職教中心體育館項(xiàng)日風(fēng)險(xiǎn)中嚴(yán)重等級(jí)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要是建筑和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、合同風(fēng)險(xiǎn),較為嚴(yán)重等級(jí)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為人員管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、電氣設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等,而較為輕微的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為氣候條件的影響以及項(xiàng)目配套環(huán)境帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；第六,壽光職教中心體育館工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施部分,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的原則和目標(biāo)分析基礎(chǔ)上提出項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施、項(xiàng)目組織和管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施、項(xiàng)目工期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施等；最后,提出本文的研究結(jié)論與研究展望,實(shí)現(xiàn)本文的研究意義。
[Abstract]:Gymnasium architecture has always been one of the most representative buildings in colleges and universities in China, and it plays an important role in many aspects. With the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities in our country, each school has gradually established its own campus area, which is also an important reason for the increase of sports facilities construction. On the other hand, due to the characteristics of large scale, long construction period, large investment, complex construction technology and many participants, the new construction projects in gymnasiums of colleges and universities are often faced with many uncertain risks. These risks will lead to the decline of the quality of the new construction project of university gymnasium, the increase of project cost, the delay of project duration, and so on, which will seriously affect the healthy development of university education. Therefore, strengthening the risk identification and risk evaluation of the new gymnasium project in colleges and universities, and putting forward the risk control measures of the new gymnasium project in colleges and universities, will help to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and promote the improvement of the comprehensive level of the university. Based on the literature analysis method and the case analysis method, this paper takes the project risk management research of the new gymnasium of Shouguang Vocational Education Center as the object by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Based on the identification and evaluation of the influencing factors of project risk management, the paper puts forward the risk control measures of the gymnasium project, which provides some reference for the project risk management of the new gymnasium in Shouguang Vocational Education Center. First, the introduction part, mainly summarizes the research background and research significance of project risk management, summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of project risk management, introduces the research content and research methods of this paper; secondly, The basic theory of project risk management is summarized, the definition, characteristics and classification of risk and project risk are analyzed, and the principles, contents and processes of project risk management are explored. Furthermore, in the section of project overview of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium Project, on the basis of introducing the basic situation and main technical indicators of the project, the organizational structure of project management is analyzed. Then it analyzes the current situation of risk management in the project of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium. Fourth, the project risk management identification part of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium Project. Based on the risk analysis of the project, it is concluded that the project risk of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium mainly includes project design and technology risk, project organization and management risk, project safety risk, project quality risk and project duration risk. Economic risk and objective environmental risk. Fifth, the project risk evaluation part of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium project, based on the AHP method to construct the project risk evaluation index system, Through constructing a comparative matrix to determine the weight of the risk evaluation index of the gymnasium project, it is considered that the risk of serious grade in the daily risk of the gymnasium of Shouguang Vocational Education Center is mainly the risk of architectural and structural design, and the risk of contract. The more serious level of risk is personnel management risk, electrical design risk, etc., while the minor risk is the impact of climate conditions and the risk of supporting environment of the project; sixth, In the part of risk control measures of the project of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium, based on the analysis of the principles and objectives of project risk control, the project design and technical risk control measures, project organization and management risk control measures are put forward. Finally, the conclusion and prospect of this paper are put forward to realize the significance of this paper.
