基于材性的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件凍融損傷模型試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:基于蔡昊模型,通過(guò)理論推導(dǎo)并結(jié)合既有凍融材性試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)模型中最大靜水壓力計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。進(jìn)行9組材性試驗(yàn),建立了混凝土水灰比和最大結(jié)冰速率之間的擬合關(guān)系,推導(dǎo)出最大靜水壓力的簡(jiǎn)化解析計(jì)算公式。采用ANSYS有限元軟件,對(duì)構(gòu)件截面溫度場(chǎng)分布進(jìn)行了模擬,得到考慮溫度場(chǎng)修正的凍融損傷模型。最后,設(shè)計(jì)2組試件,對(duì)改進(jìn)凍融損傷模型的準(zhǔn)確性與可靠性進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明:修正后的采用動(dòng)彈模損傷作為物理?yè)p傷指標(biāo)的凍融損傷模型,可為RC構(gòu)件與結(jié)構(gòu)層面凍融損傷機(jī)理研究提供理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Based on Cai Hao model, the calculation method of maximum hydrostatic pressure in the model is improved by theoretical derivation and combined with the existing freeze-thaw test data. The fitting relationship between the water-cement ratio and the maximum freezing rate of concrete was established through 9 groups of material tests, and a simplified analytical formula for calculating the maximum hydrostatic pressure was derived. ANSYS finite element software is used to simulate the temperature field distribution of the member section, and a freeze-thaw damage model considering the temperature field correction is obtained. Finally, two groups of specimens are designed to verify the accuracy and reliability of the improved freeze-thaw damage model. The results show that the modified freeze-thaw damage model uses the dynamic elastic damage as the physical damage index. It can provide theoretical support for the study of freeze-thaw damage mechanism of RC members and structures.
