【摘要】：為了推廣再生混凝土在我國土木領(lǐng)域的工程應(yīng)用,用再生粗骨料全部替代天然粗骨料,設(shè)計制作了10根鋼筋再生混凝土矩形截面試驗(yàn)梁(再生混凝土強(qiáng)度等級:RC20~RC30,配筋率:0.83%~1.29%),并對其受彎抗裂性能進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究。通過試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)地研究了鋼筋再生混凝土梁的靜力受荷破壞過程。結(jié)果顯示,鋼筋再生混凝土梁的受荷破壞過程可劃分為線性工作階段、帶裂縫工作階段和破壞階段,破壞形態(tài)均表現(xiàn)為延性破壞。同時分析再生混凝土強(qiáng)度等級、配筋率對試驗(yàn)梁開裂荷載與平均裂縫間距的影響。結(jié)果表明,依據(jù)GB 50010—2010《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范》計算的平均裂縫間距小于試驗(yàn)實(shí)測值,而開裂荷載計算值明顯大于試驗(yàn)實(shí)測值。在試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了鋼筋再生混凝土受彎梁開裂荷載及平均裂縫間距的建議計算公式。
[Abstract]:In order to popularize the engineering application of recycled concrete in civil engineering field in China, the natural coarse aggregate is replaced by recycled coarse aggregate. Ten reinforced recycled concrete rectangular section test beams (recycled concrete strength grade: RC20 / RC30) were designed and manufactured. The static loading failure process of reinforced recycled concrete beams is systematically studied through experiments. The results show that the failure process of reinforced recycled concrete beams can be divided into linear working stage, crack working stage and failure stage, and the failure form is ductile failure. At the same time, the influence of strength grade and reinforcement ratio of recycled concrete on cracking load and average crack spacing of test beam is analyzed. The results show that the average crack spacing calculated according to GB50010-2010 concrete structure Code is smaller than the measured value, while the calculated value of cracking load is obviously larger than the experimental measured value. Based on the experimental results, a formula for calculating the crack load and average crack spacing of reinforced recycled concrete flexural beams is proposed.
