銅渣膠凝材料高溫力學性能的實驗研究

【摘要】:利用工業(yè)固體廢棄物銅渣制備無機膠凝材料,并對其膠砂試件的高溫力學性能進行了實驗研究。分別制備了普通硅酸鹽水泥-銅渣復合膠凝體系(CSC-x)和堿激發(fā)銅渣膠凝體系(CSA-x),測試了常溫及100℃、200℃、400℃、600℃、800℃、1000℃、1200℃高溫作用后的質量損失、殘余抗折強度和殘余抗壓強度。結果表明:200℃后,CSA-x體系的質量損失率低于CSC-x體系;CSA-x體系表現出較好的耐高溫性能,1200℃高溫作用后CSA-x體系的殘余抗壓強度為常溫時的3~4倍。
