自控耗能UPPC框架中自控元件的力學性能研究

【摘要】:介紹了新型的預應力混凝土框架體系——自控耗能無粘結(jié)部分預應力混凝土(UPPC)框架的基本形式及其受力機理。對自控耗能UPPC框架的核心構(gòu)件——自控元件的基本構(gòu)造和施工工藝做了說明,對自控元件的鑄鐵部分、變形盒部分以及自控元件整體進行了力學性能試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:1)自控元件的破壞形式為脆性破壞,滿足在罕遇地震下自控元件達到其承載力閾值時突然破壞,自控耗能UPPC框架形成安全的梁鉸耗能機制[1]的要求;2)碳纖維布與鑄鐵的復合使用,能顯著提高自控元件的極限承載力,同時能達到減小自控元件尺寸、減輕其重量的目的,便于自控元件在工程中的應用。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the basic form and mechanical mechanism of a new type of prestressed concrete frame system-self-control energy dissipation unbonded partially prestressed concrete (UPPC) frame. The basic construction and construction technology of automatic control element (UPPC), which is the core component of automatic energy dissipation (UPPC) frame, is explained. The mechanical properties of cast iron part, deformation box part and whole automatic control element of automatic control element are tested. The test results show that the failure form of the automatic control element is brittle failure, which satisfies the sudden failure when the automatic control element reaches its bearing capacity threshold under rare earthquake. The requirement of safe energy dissipation mechanism of beam hinge in automatic control UPPC frame [1]) the composite use of carbon fiber cloth and cast iron can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the automatic control element, at the same time, it can achieve the purpose of reducing the size and weight of the automatic control element. To facilitate the application of automatic control elements in engineering.
