【摘要】：隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的不斷發(fā)展,城市中的歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)工作也逐漸成為了社會各界的關(guān)注焦點,我國的文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)體系也由最初的文物保護(hù)逐步擴(kuò)展到歷史文化名城、名村、名鎮(zhèn),而街區(qū)的保護(hù)除了針對歷史文化街區(qū),越來越多的傳統(tǒng)文化街區(qū)也慢慢為人熟知,受到了重視。沈陽老北市原是沈陽市井百姓的娛樂休閑場所,被譽(yù)為沈陽“天橋”,在歷史上有著很高的歷史文化價值和風(fēng)貌特色,但在時代的變革中逐步衰敗,傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌盡失;論文在與其他街區(qū)比較的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了傳統(tǒng)文化街區(qū)的概念,總結(jié)它的特點;并在研究國內(nèi)外文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)更新理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合歷史文化街區(qū)典型案例進(jìn)行分析,提出傳統(tǒng)文化街區(qū)的規(guī)劃原則和設(shè)計方法;通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)研踏勘、研究歷史資料、居民訪談等方法,了解北市的建筑現(xiàn)狀和歷史街巷空間,調(diào)查掌握街區(qū)的歷史人文信息與具體形態(tài)等要素,分析其存在的具體問題,總結(jié)北市傳統(tǒng)文化街區(qū)的價值和更新的必要性。論文結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀對北市傳統(tǒng)文化街區(qū)進(jìn)行宏觀定位,并制定規(guī)劃設(shè)計理念,甄選傳統(tǒng)業(yè)態(tài)和時尚功能,運用有效的設(shè)計手法打造傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌,完善街區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,希望以此實現(xiàn)北市傳統(tǒng)文化街區(qū)的更新,帶動沈陽的城市更新與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,并期望對其他類似的傳統(tǒng)文化街區(qū)的保護(hù)與更新有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urbanization in China, the protection of historical and cultural heritage in cities has gradually become the focus of attention from all walks of life. Our country's cultural heritage protection system has gradually expanded from the original cultural relics protection to historical and cultural famous cities, villages, and famous towns. In addition to the historical and cultural blocks, more and more traditional cultural blocks are becoming more and more familiar. It was taken seriously. Shenyang Laobei City was originally the entertainment and leisure place of the well people in Shenyang, known as Shenyang "Tianqiao", which has high historical and cultural value and style and features in history, but gradually decayed in the reform of the times and lost its traditional style. On the basis of comparing with other districts, the paper puts forward the concept of traditional cultural district, summarizes its characteristics, and analyzes the typical cases of historical and cultural district on the basis of studying the theory of cultural heritage protection and renewal at home and abroad. Put forward the planning principle and design method of the traditional cultural district, through field investigation and survey, research historical data, residents interview and other methods, understand the construction status and historical street space, This paper investigates and grasps the historical and humanistic information and concrete forms of the blocks, analyzes the concrete problems existing in them, and sums up the value and the necessity of renewal of the traditional cultural blocks in Bei City. Combining with the present situation, this paper makes a macro positioning of the traditional cultural district in Bei City, formulates the planning and design concept, selects the traditional business style and fashion function, uses effective design techniques to create the traditional style and features, and perfects the infrastructure of the block. It is hoped that the renewal of the traditional cultural district in Bei City will promote the urban renewal and economic development of Shenyang, and it is expected to be used for reference for the protection and renewal of other similar traditional cultural blocks.
