【摘要】：文章嘗試使用街道網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性分析技術(shù)模擬人的活動(dòng),對(duì)高層公共建筑布局的城市設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和優(yōu)選。首先,在定義網(wǎng)絡(luò)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)解釋了中間性和可達(dá)范圍兩個(gè)中心性指標(biāo)的含義與權(quán)重、搜索半徑等相關(guān)參數(shù);其次,提出使用中間性和可達(dá)范圍指標(biāo)來(lái)模擬高層公共建筑群周邊人的途經(jīng)活動(dòng)與集聚活動(dòng)的方法,并確定了相應(yīng)的參數(shù)設(shè)定、分析步驟和計(jì)算工具。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以蚌埠市濱湖新區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)為例,進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用探索。結(jié)果表明,路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、大容量開(kāi)發(fā)與高層公共建筑群的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系是其合理布局的關(guān)鍵因素。此外,文章還總結(jié)了街道網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性分析方法在高層公共建筑群布局及推動(dòng)城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)化決策方面的前景和意義。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to use the street network centrality analysis technology to simulate people's activities and to evaluate and select the urban design scheme of the layout of high-rise public buildings. Firstly, on the basis of the definition of network and network centrality, this paper explains in detail the meaning, weight, search radius and other related parameters of intermediate and reachable centrality index. This paper puts forward a method to simulate the activities and agglomeration activities of the people around the high-rise public buildings by using the index of intermediate and reachable scope, and determines the corresponding parameter setting, analysis steps and calculation tools. On this basis, taking the urban design of Bengbu Binhu New District as an example, the application exploration is carried out. The results show that the relationship between the road network structure, the development of large capacity and the structure of high-rise public buildings is the key factor for its rational layout. In addition, the paper also summarizes the prospect and significance of street network centrality analysis method in the layout of high-rise public buildings and the promotion of scientific decision-making in urban planning and design.
