西安市中高強(qiáng)度商品住區(qū)公共空間的開(kāi)放性研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),封閉住區(qū)割裂住區(qū)與城市的互動(dòng)關(guān)系而引發(fā)各類(lèi)現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,已越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。中高強(qiáng)度商品住區(qū)作為大城市開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)的典型住區(qū)類(lèi)型,強(qiáng)調(diào)通過(guò)公共空間的開(kāi)放來(lái)達(dá)到開(kāi)發(fā)效益的最大化。因此,研究中高強(qiáng)度商品住區(qū)與城市的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,探討中高強(qiáng)度商品住區(qū)公共空間的開(kāi)放性問(wèn)題,是當(dāng)前面臨的重要課題。首先,本論文對(duì)研究的相關(guān)概念作出了明確定義,梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外封閉與開(kāi)放住區(qū)的相關(guān)理論研究和建設(shè)實(shí)踐,闡述了我國(guó)商品住區(qū)從封閉走向開(kāi)放的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并在多學(xué)科視角下剖析商品住區(qū)的開(kāi)放性以及開(kāi)放與公共空間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。其次,論文共選取了西安市14個(gè)中高強(qiáng)度開(kāi)發(fā)的商品住區(qū)為典型研究案例,從道路空間、綠化廣場(chǎng)等開(kāi)敞空間、公共服務(wù)設(shè)施等三大空間系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開(kāi)放的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,并選取開(kāi)放效果顯著的典型商品住區(qū)進(jìn)行居民問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。在調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)上述三大空間系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)放特征、開(kāi)放形式以及開(kāi)放形式與開(kāi)發(fā)強(qiáng)度、規(guī)模間關(guān)系進(jìn)行橫向分析,并對(duì)公共空間的開(kāi)放成因、開(kāi)放核心、開(kāi)放特征、開(kāi)放模式以及開(kāi)放度與安全性、開(kāi)發(fā)規(guī)模和強(qiáng)度關(guān)系進(jìn)行縱向分析,同時(shí)總結(jié)梳理住區(qū)公共空間開(kāi)放存在的問(wèn)題。最后,本論文提出了中高強(qiáng)度商品住區(qū)公共空間的開(kāi)放原則與整體策略,并針對(duì)不同規(guī)模住區(qū)提出小規(guī)模中高強(qiáng)度商品住區(qū)整體開(kāi)放和豎向開(kāi)放組織,大規(guī)模中高強(qiáng)度商品住整體封閉、局部開(kāi)放及整體開(kāi)放、局部封閉的開(kāi)放性策略。通過(guò)本論文的研究,希望為今后住區(qū)由封閉走向開(kāi)放提供現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)商品住區(qū)與城市的互動(dòng)、推動(dòng)兩者間的健康協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,使住區(qū)真正回歸城市。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the interaction between closed settlements and cities, which leads to all kinds of practical problems. As a typical type of residential area in the development and construction of large cities, medium and high intensity commercial settlements emphasize the maximization of development benefits through the opening of public space. Therefore, it is an important subject to study the interactive relationship between middle and high intensity commercial settlements and cities and to discuss the openness of the public space in the middle and high intensity commercial settlements. First of all, this paper makes a clear definition of the related concepts of the study, combs the domestic and foreign closed and open residential area related theoretical research and construction practice, elaborated our country commodity residential area from closed to open development trend. It also analyzes the openness of commercial settlements and the relationship between openness and public space from a multi-disciplinary perspective. Secondly, the paper selects 14 commercial residential areas of Xi'an city as typical research cases, from the road space, green square and other open space, public service facilities and other three space systems to carry on the current situation investigation and research. And select the typical commercial residential areas with remarkable opening effect to carry on the resident questionnaire survey. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper makes a horizontal analysis of the open characteristics, open forms and the relationship between the open forms and the development intensity and the scale of the three space systems, and analyzes the causes, the core and the characteristics of the open space. The open mode, the relationship between openness and security, the scale and intensity of development are analyzed vertically, and the problems existing in the opening of public space in residential areas are summarized. Finally, this paper puts forward the open principle and the whole strategy of the public space in the middle and high intensity commercial settlements, and proposes the whole open and vertical open organization for the small scale and high intensity commercial settlements. The open strategy of large-scale high-strength commodity block, partial open and whole open, partial closure. Through the research of this paper, the author hopes to provide practical guidance significance for the future residential area from closed to open, and then promote the interaction between commodity settlements and cities, promote the healthy and coordinated development between the two, and make the residential areas return to the city.
