【摘要】：城市的蔓延式發(fā)展是一種飽受批評的城市增長模式,蔓延式發(fā)展導(dǎo)致城市建成區(qū)無節(jié)制擴張,綠色空間減少、環(huán)境惡化、內(nèi)城投資減少、財政萎靡、生活品質(zhì)下降。緊湊城市反對的就是這種城市的無序蔓延,緊湊城市將城市建設(shè)更加緊湊,節(jié)約建設(shè)用地、節(jié)約通勤時間、節(jié)約能耗、減少小汽車的使用、提高基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的使用效率、此外緊湊城市會使得城市更加有活力和更高效。緊湊城市的發(fā)展離不開文化建筑的發(fā)展,文化的可持續(xù)是緊湊城市可持續(xù)的重要因素之一。緊湊城市節(jié)湊快、壓力大,引發(fā)諸多城市病,文化建筑在讓人們學(xué)習(xí)、提升自我的同時也為人們提供交流、放松的場所,文化建筑的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展是緊湊城市的人們在心理和物理上的雙重需求。緊湊城市發(fā)達的經(jīng)濟和技術(shù)為文化建筑的發(fā)展提供了物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),文化建筑又作為一種符號和標(biāo)志體現(xiàn)了緊湊城市的經(jīng)濟特征和技術(shù)水平,同時又推動和促進了經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。人們?yōu)榱诉m應(yīng)緊湊城市的城市環(huán)境,卻創(chuàng)造出更加有生機和活力的城市。作為緊湊城市中重要一環(huán)的文化建筑,也體現(xiàn)出其獨特的特點。通過分析處于高密度、高容積率、土地混合利用、優(yōu)先發(fā)展公共交通狀態(tài)下的緊湊城市文化建筑,揭示其在文化發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、文化建設(shè)與用地制約,各種“極限條件”的挑戰(zhàn)下所激發(fā)出的各種非常規(guī)都市狀態(tài),以及具有啟示性的、獨特的建筑邏輯與智慧。其立體化、模糊的邊界、如心理灰空間一樣的功能(人們平靜的內(nèi)心和喧囂的緊湊城市之間的過渡和銜接)、內(nèi)容的多元化,使得緊湊城市文化建筑獨特而更加有活力。當(dāng)緊湊城市成為一種發(fā)展方向,城市高密度建筑成為必須面對的客觀現(xiàn)實和生存策略,復(fù)合化便成為緊湊城市文化建筑的趨勢,文化建筑綜合體是緊湊城市文化建筑復(fù)合化的代表之一。將土地的集約利用、高品質(zhì)的空間環(huán)境與文化建筑的設(shè)計和建造實現(xiàn)有機結(jié)合,使得緊湊城市文化建筑綜合體成為給人們的生活提供更大活力的城市空間載體。與城市交通的良好結(jié)合,能讓緊湊城市文化建筑更好地發(fā)揮其功能和吸引更多的使用者。外部環(huán)境會對建筑的物理環(huán)境產(chǎn)生一定的影響,在對緊湊城市進行定性分析之后,文章利用Ecotect Analysis軟件定量分析緊湊環(huán)境對文化建筑物理環(huán)境的影響的大小。香港、東京、紐約這些緊湊城市在成功地發(fā)展了經(jīng)濟的同時,注重文化建筑的發(fā)展并取得顯著的成效。緊湊城市也將是我國未來城市的發(fā)展方向,然而我國高密度城市文化建筑在發(fā)展過程中亦顯現(xiàn)出諸多問題。結(jié)合文化建筑實例,分析我國高密度城市文化建筑設(shè)計及發(fā)展的問題,并探求其解決方案。
[Abstract]:The urban sprawling development is a kind of urban growth model that has been criticized. It leads to the unrestrained expansion of urban built-up areas, the decrease of green space, the deterioration of environment, the decrease of investment in inner cities, the decline of finance and the decline of quality of life.Compact cities oppose the sprawl of such cities. Compact cities make urban construction more compact, save construction land, save commuting time, save energy, reduce the use of cars, and improve the efficiency of infrastructure.In addition, a compact city will make the city more dynamic and more efficient.The development of compact city can not be separated from the development of cultural architecture. Cultural sustainability is one of the important factors of compact city sustainable.The compact city festival is fast, the pressure is great, causes many city sickness, the cultural building not only lets the people study, enhances oneself simultaneously also provides the exchange, the relaxation place for the people,The appearance and development of cultural architecture is the dual demand of people in compact cities in psychology and physics.The developed economy and technology of the compact city provide the material foundation for the development of the cultural building. As a symbol and symbol, the cultural building embodies the economic characteristics and technical level of the compact city, and at the same time promotes and promotes the development of the economy.In order to adapt to the urban environment of compact cities, people create more dynamic and dynamic cities.As an important link in a compact city, cultural architecture also embodies its unique characteristics.By analyzing the compact urban cultural buildings under the condition of high density, high volume ratio, mixed use of land, giving priority to the development of public transport, the paper reveals the cultural development and economic development, cultural construction and land use restriction.All kinds of unconventional urban states inspired by the challenge of "limit conditions", as well as enlightening, unique architectural logic and wisdom.Its three-dimensional, fuzzy boundaries, such as the function of psychological gray space (people's calm heart and noisy compact city between the transition and convergence, content diversity, make compact city cultural architecture unique and more dynamic.When compact city becomes a development direction, urban high-density architecture becomes the objective reality and survival strategy that must be faced with, and compounding becomes the trend of compact city cultural architecture.The complex of cultural architecture is one of the representatives of the compactness of cultural architecture.With the intensive use of land and the combination of high quality space environment and the design and construction of cultural buildings, compact urban cultural architecture complex has become a more dynamic urban space carrier for people's life.With the good combination of urban transportation, compact urban cultural architecture can better play its functions and attract more users.The external environment will have a certain influence on the physical environment of the building. After qualitative analysis of the compact city, this paper uses Ecotect Analysis software to quantitatively analyze the influence of the compact environment on the physical environment of the cultural architecture.The compact cities of Hong Kong, Tokyo and New York have successfully developed their economies while focusing on the development of cultural architecture and achieving remarkable results.Compact city will also be the development direction of our country in the future. However, there are many problems in the development of high-density urban cultural buildings in our country.Based on the example of cultural architecture, this paper analyzes the design and development of cultural architecture in high-density cities in China, and probes into its solution.
