【摘要】:橡膠集料高強(qiáng)混凝土是一種新型綠色環(huán)保建筑材料。在高強(qiáng)混凝土的基礎(chǔ)上,摻入橡膠集料(等體積取代細(xì)集料砂子),改善高強(qiáng)混凝土高溫爆破的缺陷,提高高強(qiáng)混凝土的高溫性能。目前國內(nèi)外主要研究的是摻橡膠集料(粉)的普通混凝土常溫下的性能,對(duì)摻橡膠集料(粉)的高強(qiáng)混凝土高溫下的性能研究鮮有報(bào)道。因此,從建筑減災(zāi)的角度出發(fā),研究橡膠集料對(duì)高強(qiáng)混凝土高溫前后性能的影響,不僅具有明確的工程應(yīng)用前景,對(duì)混凝土技術(shù)的發(fā)展也有理論價(jià)值。論文引用細(xì)度模數(shù)作為橡膠集料粗細(xì)程度的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)橡膠集料高強(qiáng)混凝土高溫前后性能進(jìn)行了大量試驗(yàn)研究,包括混凝土拌合物稠度試驗(yàn);高溫前后混凝土表觀密度試驗(yàn);高溫前后混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度及劈拉強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)等。研究表明:①低摻適量的橡膠集料可以提高高強(qiáng)混凝土高溫性能。用掃描電鏡對(duì)橡膠硬化水泥漿體進(jìn)行了高溫前后的表征分析,從微觀角度解釋混凝土宏觀力學(xué)性能變化。②通過三因素、四水平的正交試驗(yàn),研究橡膠集料摻量、細(xì)度以及高強(qiáng)混凝土煅燒溫度對(duì)高強(qiáng)混凝土性能的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)摻“1.7%”特細(xì)橡膠集料可抑制高強(qiáng)混凝土高溫爆裂,提高高強(qiáng)混凝土的殘余強(qiáng)度,但其影響程度遠(yuǎn)不如煅燒溫度的影響。初步建立了橡膠集料高強(qiáng)混凝土高溫前后強(qiáng)度剩余百分率與橡膠集料摻量、細(xì)度和煅燒溫度之間的回歸方程,對(duì)工程應(yīng)用有一定指導(dǎo)作用。③通過采用單因素對(duì)比試驗(yàn),研究不同溫度下(常溫、200℃、400℃、600℃和800℃)C60高強(qiáng)混凝土和摻“1.7%”特細(xì)橡膠集料C60高強(qiáng)混凝土的耐久性能。結(jié)果表明,在常溫和600℃煅燒溫度后,摻“1.7%”特細(xì)橡膠集料的高強(qiáng)混凝土的耐久性能要好于未摻橡膠集料的高強(qiáng)混凝土的耐久性能,適量的橡膠細(xì)集料對(duì)高強(qiáng)混凝土常溫下和600℃煅燒溫度后的耐久性有提高作用。
[Abstract]:Rubber aggregate high strength concrete is a new kind of green environmental protection building material.On the basis of high strength concrete, rubber aggregate (equal volume instead of fine aggregate sand) is added to improve the defects of high strength concrete in high temperature blasting and to improve the high temperature performance of high strength concrete.At present, the main research at home and abroad is the performance of ordinary concrete mixed with rubber aggregate (powder) at room temperature, and there are few reports on the performance of high strength concrete mixed with rubber aggregate (powder) at high temperature.Therefore, from the point of view of building disaster reduction, studying the influence of rubber aggregate on the performance of high strength concrete before and after high temperature not only has a clear engineering application prospect, but also has theoretical value for the development of concrete technology.In this paper, the fineness modulus is used as the evaluation index of rubber aggregate thickness, and a large number of tests are carried out on the properties of rubber aggregate high strength concrete before and after high temperature, including the consistency test of concrete mixture, the apparent density test of concrete before and after high temperature, and the test of concrete apparent density before and after high temperature.Test of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete before and after high temperature.The results show that the high temperature properties of high strength concrete can be improved by low content of rubber aggregate.The rubber hardened cement paste was characterized before and after high temperature by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The change of macroscopic mechanical properties of concrete was explained from the microscopic point of view. 2. The content of rubber aggregate was studied by orthogonal test of three factors and four levels.Effects of fineness and calcination temperature of high strength concrete on properties of high strength concrete.It is found that the addition of "1.7%" ultra-fine rubber aggregate can restrain the high strength concrete cracking at high temperature and increase the residual strength of high strength concrete, but its influence degree is far less than that of calcination temperature.The regression equation between the residual percentage of strength of rubber aggregate high strength concrete before and after high temperature and the content, fineness and calcining temperature of rubber aggregate is established.The durability of C60 high strength concrete at different temperatures (200 鈩,
