高層建筑與表皮綠化一體化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:近些年,隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展的概念越來越深入人心,無論發(fā)展中國家還是發(fā)達(dá)國家,都越來越重視實(shí)施節(jié)能、節(jié)材、降低碳排放的城市發(fā)展政策,綠色建筑技術(shù)也逐漸成為了建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)內(nèi)的熱點(diǎn)之一。隨著科技與材料的不斷推陳出新,直至今日,建筑師們?cè)絹碓街匾暯ㄖ砥し諊臓I(yíng)造,在眾多的概念性創(chuàng)新建筑和國際級(jí)建筑設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽中,以綠色植物建筑表皮為代表的生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)理念也開始占據(jù)一席之地。國外研究對(duì)建筑表皮綠化已經(jīng)有相當(dāng)成熟的技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),相對(duì)來說國內(nèi)關(guān)于這一問題的研究和實(shí)踐還處于概念相對(duì)混亂和失語的狀態(tài)。本文建立在分析研究國內(nèi)外關(guān)于建筑表皮綠化的相關(guān)理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用理論研究和結(jié)合實(shí)例的綜合方法,探討了建筑表皮和綠化結(jié)合進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)研究的新思路。首先,論文深入解析了高層建筑、建筑表皮和建筑表皮綠化等相關(guān)概念及特點(diǎn)。其次,對(duì)建筑表皮綠化進(jìn)行了概括性全面介紹,歸納了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)建筑表皮綠化的發(fā)展歷程,明確了表皮綠化在解決城市環(huán)境問題中起到的具體作用。再次,對(duì)常見的建筑表皮綠化技術(shù)手段進(jìn)行了介紹,并從建筑設(shè)計(jì)角度思考,總結(jié)了建筑表皮綠化和生態(tài)化價(jià)值的關(guān)系。最后闡述了在設(shè)計(jì)過程中需要考慮的諸多限制因素并結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐,希望歸納總結(jié)出適合中國國情的,能夠?qū)⒈砥づc綠化二者視為一個(gè)整體進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as the concept of sustainable development has become more and more popular, both developing and developed countries have attached more and more importance to the implementation of energy saving, material saving, carbon emission reduction urban development policies,Green building technology has gradually become one of the hot spots in architectural design industry.With the development of technology and materials, architects pay more and more attention to building skin atmosphere, in many conceptual and innovative architecture and international architectural design competition.The ecological design concept represented by the green plant building epidermis also began to occupy a place.Foreign research on building epidermis greening has been quite mature technology and experience, relatively speaking, the domestic research and practice on this issue is still in a state of relatively confused concepts and aphasia.On the basis of analyzing and studying the relevant theories and experiences of building epidermis greening at home and abroad, this paper discusses a new way of design and research on the combination of building epidermis and greening by using the comprehensive method of theoretical research and practical example.Firstly, the paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of high-rise building, building skin and building skin greening.Secondly, the paper makes a general and comprehensive introduction to the building epidermis greening, summarizes the development course of the related building epidermis greening at home and abroad, and clarifies the concrete function of the epidermis greening in solving the urban environmental problems.Thirdly, the paper introduces the common techniques of building epidermis greening, and sums up the relationship between architectural epidermis greening and ecological value from the angle of architectural design.In the end, the paper expounds a lot of limiting factors which need to be considered in the design process and combines the actual project practice, hoping to sum up and sum up the strategy that suits the national conditions of China and can regard both skin and greening as a whole to carry on the design.
