【摘要】：基于數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)針對(duì)圓柱形消化池常見(jiàn)的五種工況進(jìn)行了受力分析,并對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。研究結(jié)果表明,施加預(yù)應(yīng)力后,池壁整個(gè)截面在各種工況下皆處于環(huán)向受壓狀態(tài),可以保證結(jié)構(gòu)防滲防漏的設(shè)計(jì)要求;并且通過(guò)五種工況的對(duì)比分析還可得,靜水壓力及壁面溫差是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的控制荷載。所得結(jié)論可為相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)人員提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the numerical simulation technique, the stress of the cylindrical digester is analyzed under five common conditions, and the calculated results are compared.Hydrostatic pressure and wall temperature difference are the control loads in structural design.The conclusions can be used as reference for related designers.
