【摘要】：本文系統(tǒng)闡釋施工組織設計的相關理論及相關概念,包括施工組織設計的概念以及編制的五個原則,編制的主要依據(jù)及施工組織設計編制需要涵蓋的內(nèi)容,同時也研究了項目的管理方案,做出施工部署,分析了在施工組織設計中出現(xiàn)的問題,找出有效合理的解決方案。結合本次工程實例,研究了施工組織設計和項目管理在實際工程項目中的應用。本文理論結合實際,根據(jù)龍工大廈項目的主要內(nèi)容和實際情況,對龍工大廈項目進行具體的工程施工組織設計,從各個方面對本次施工組織設計進行論述,如施工準備,施工平面布置等方面。系統(tǒng)分析工程施工組織設計的過程,具體分析主要工程工序,如鋼筋工程,模板工程,混凝土工程等分項工程。分析本次施工項目的工程管理方案,保證工期以及工程質量的達標。分析工程成本的控制措施,工程安全保證措施以及環(huán)境與文明施工措施,做出工程的應急預案。保證以低耗、高效、保質、優(yōu)質的目標完成本次工程項目。最后通過本文論證施工組織設計及項目管理方案在工程項目施工過程中具有重要意義與作用,為今后的工程項目施工建設提供重要的經(jīng)驗儲備。
[Abstract]:This paper explains the related theory system of construction organization design and related concepts, including the concept of the five principles of construction organization design and preparation, design and construction organization system mainly based on the need to cover the contents of the project management scheme are also studied, make construction deployment, analyzes the problems in construction organization design and find out the effective solutions reasonable. Combined with the engineering example, the application of construction organization design and project management in the engineering project. This thesis combines theory with practice, according to the main content of lonking building project and the actual situation of construction organization design on specific lonking building project, from all aspects of the construction organization design are discussed, such as construction preparation, construction layout and other aspects of system analysis. The process of engineering construction organization design, the main work and concrete analysis Process, such as reinforcement engineering, template engineering, concrete engineering sub projects. Analysis of the plan of construction project project management, ensure project and project quality standards. The analysis of project cost control measures, safety measures and environmental engineering and civilized construction measures, make emergency plan project. In order to ensure low consumption, high efficiency quality, quality objectives, the completion of this project. Finally, it is important and significant role in the process of project construction in this paper through the construction organization design and project management solutions, to provide experience for future reserves of important project construction.
