【摘要】：在高速發(fā)展現(xiàn)代城市,減少不必要的能源消耗就意味著環(huán)境的改善和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提升。戶外照明所消耗的能源是城市能源消耗的重要組成部分,因此減少戶外照明所消耗的能源是當(dāng)今城市發(fā)展的重要課題。本論文設(shè)計(jì)的智能路燈系統(tǒng)能夠獨(dú)立對(duì)每個(gè)路燈進(jìn)行控制,采集每個(gè)路燈的運(yùn)作情況,并通過以太網(wǎng)或RS-485總線將信息反饋給監(jiān)控室的上位機(jī),搭建覆蓋所有路燈控制節(jié)點(diǎn)的路燈監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),。本系統(tǒng)采用總線結(jié)構(gòu),由主機(jī)對(duì)從機(jī)進(jìn)行管理。主機(jī)分為信息管理控制器和主控制器兩部分,從機(jī)通過RS-485總線接收主機(jī)的控制命令,通過光傳感器反饋路燈的照明狀況,并通過電子整流器控制路燈的照明。系統(tǒng)還設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了上位機(jī)與主控制電路、主控制器與路燈控制器之間的通信協(xié)議,完成了對(duì)每個(gè)路燈進(jìn)行策略控制的功能。硬件設(shè)計(jì)上,信息管理控制器使用了飛思卡爾公司基于ARM Cortex-M4內(nèi)核的Kinetis系列芯片MK60DN512Z,它的最小系統(tǒng)包含了電源濾波電路、時(shí)鐘晶振電路、復(fù)位電路、下載JTAG接口。主控制器使用飛思卡爾的16位汽車級(jí)S12系列微控制器MC9S12XS128,保證系統(tǒng)工作的穩(wěn)定性。燈控制器主芯片使用PIC16F1824,接收RS485信號(hào),并執(zhí)行相應(yīng)燈光調(diào)節(jié)功能。RS485接口使用ADM2587E芯片,減少了電路的復(fù)雜性,大大縮小了所占用的PCB面積。軟件設(shè)計(jì)上,主機(jī)信息管理控制器使用了MQX實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng),利用MQX實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)包含的TCP/IP協(xié)議棧完成網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信功能。主機(jī)主控制器與從機(jī)之間則實(shí)現(xiàn)了以GB/T 19582.1-2008為基礎(chǔ)的通信功能,能夠滿足智能路燈控制的需求。最后進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的軟硬件測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明設(shè)計(jì)的正確性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern city, reduce unnecessary energy consumption means that the improvement of the environment and enhance the economic benefits of the energy consumption. The outdoor lighting is an important part of the city's energy consumption, thereby reducing the energy consumption of outdoor lighting is an important topic in today's city development. Intelligent lighting system designed by this paper can be independent to control the operation of each street, each collection of lamp, and the computer information back to the control room via Ethernet or RS-485 bus, built to cover all the nodes of the street lamp control monitoring network. The system adopts bus structure, by the host on machine management. The host is divided into two parts: information management and control the main controller, control commands through RS-485 bus to receive the host from the machine, through the lighting light sensor feedback lights, and through electronic rectifier control Street lamp lighting system. The design and implementation of the host computer and the main control circuit, the communication protocol between the host controller and the controller, the control strategy of the function of each lamp. The master controller uses 16 auto S12 series Freescale microcontroller MC9S12XS128 Carle, to ensure the stability of the system. The main controller chip uses PIC16F1824, the RS485 signal is received, and the implementation of the corresponding light regulating function of.RS485 interface using ADM2587E chip. To reduce the complexity of the circuit, greatly reduces the occupied area of PCB. The design of software, the host information management controller used MQX. When the operating system, including using MQX real-time operating system TCP/IP protocol stack to achieve the function of network communication. The main host controller and from the machine in order to realize the communication function between GB/T and 19582.1-2008 based intelligent lighting control, can meet the demand. Finally, the system hardware and software testing, test results show the correctness of the design.
