【摘要】:隨著電梯設備新技術的發(fā)展和應用,電梯作為垂直運輸工具已經被廣泛應用到人們的日常生活、生產中。有數據表明,截至2013年底,我國電梯使用量以超過300萬臺的數量躍居世界首位。然而隨著我國電梯使用數量的不斷增加,給電梯設備的使用管理帶來了嚴峻的考驗,同時,電梯安全事故的絕對數量也呈逐年上升的趨勢,其中老舊電梯(使用年限超過15年)最為明顯。隨著老舊電梯安全事故頻發(fā),使老舊電梯的安全評估和設備的科學管理逐步成為諸多學者和工作人員研究的重點。本文以國家質檢總局科技計劃項目“老舊電梯安全技術評估方法研究”(2012QK264)為依托,以老舊曳引乘客電梯作為研究對象,目的在于構建一個相對客觀、合理的安全評估模型,為特種設備檢測部門開展設備的安全評估工作提供理論依據;設計與開發(fā)簡便、靈活的系統(tǒng)軟件,提高設備安全評估的工作效率,并且構建科學、安全的管理體系。論文主要研究工作如下:1.通過對曳引乘客電梯的結構與功能的分析與研究,確定對電梯安全狀況產生影響的主要因素,制定了老舊電梯的安全指標體系;通過對諸多安全評價方法的對比研究,構建了基于層次灰色理論的評估模型,最終制定了老舊電梯安全評估判定的準則和結論。2.對系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景、功能性需求和技術性需求進行分析,并對系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)平臺、系統(tǒng)架構和關鍵技術進行闡述說明;采用結構化系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方法分別對系統(tǒng)功能結構與數據庫進行了具體設計。3.完成了老舊電梯安全評估系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),實現了系統(tǒng)的數據采集、輸入、處理、存儲和信息的輸出等相應功能。本文開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)不僅能夠有效地保存設備基本信息和評估數據,有助于建立科學、合理的設備管理體系,而且可以提高設備安全評估的工作效率。本課題將對電梯使用管理、檢驗評估起到指導、借鑒作用,也為我國電梯安全評估研究做了技術性探討。
[Abstract]:With the development and application of new technology of elevator equipment, elevator has been widely used in people's daily life and production as a means of vertical transportation. The use of elevators in our country ranks first in the world with the number of more than 3 million. However, with the increasing of the number of elevators used in China, the management of elevator equipment has brought a severe test, and at the same time, The absolute number of elevator safety accidents is also increasing year by year, among which the old elevator (over 15 years of service life) is the most obvious. So that the safety assessment of the old elevator and the scientific management of the equipment have gradually become the focus of many scholars and staff members. This paper relies on the project of the State Administration of quality Supervision and Supervision, "the Research of the Technology Evaluation method of the Old Elevator Safety" (2012QK264). Taking the old traction passenger elevator as the research object, the purpose of this paper is to construct a relatively objective and reasonable safety assessment model, to provide the theoretical basis for the safety assessment of the equipment in the special equipment inspection department, and to design and develop it conveniently. Flexible system software to improve the efficiency of equipment safety evaluation, and to build a scientific and safe management system. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1.Through the analysis and research on the structure and function of traction passenger elevator, The main factors affecting elevator safety are determined, and the safety index system of old elevator is established. Through the comparative study of many safety evaluation methods, the evaluation model based on hierarchical grey theory is constructed. Finally, established the old elevator safety evaluation criteria and conclusions .2.The background of the system development, functional requirements and technical requirements are analyzed, and the system development platform, system architecture and key technologies are described. The function structure and database of the system are designed by using the method of structured system development. 3. The development of the old elevator safety evaluation system is completed, and the data collection, input and processing of the system are realized. The system developed in this paper can not only save the basic information of the equipment and evaluate the data effectively, but also help to establish a scientific and reasonable equipment management system. And it can improve the working efficiency of equipment safety assessment. This subject will be used as a guide and reference for elevator management, inspection and evaluation, and it will also provide a technical discussion for the study of elevator safety evaluation in China.
