海南儒謝村民居可持續(xù)改造的適宜設(shè)計(jì)及技術(shù)策略探究

【摘要】:在海南“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”建設(shè)的背景下,當(dāng)?shù)叵破鹆嗣窬痈碌睦顺?大量傳統(tǒng)火山巖民居日益消逝,在這一背景下如何既滿足當(dāng)?shù)鼐用駥?duì)于現(xiàn)代化生活方式的需求又保留住傳統(tǒng)火山巖民居的特色就成為了一個(gè)值得探究的課題。本文即以海南儒謝村民居的可持續(xù)改造為研究對(duì)象,探索此類火山巖民居進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化改造的可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)模式以及舊改新的適宜技術(shù),以期對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)孛窬拥母屡c保護(hù)起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用。在對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)爻浞终{(diào)研的前提下,在獨(dú)棟民居的改造中,本文著重探討了此類民居改造的適宜策略、新舊結(jié)合的構(gòu)造技術(shù)以及可持續(xù)技術(shù)的集成應(yīng)用等內(nèi)容;同時(shí)在組團(tuán)片區(qū)的民居改造中,重點(diǎn)探究了組團(tuán)公共空間的設(shè)計(jì)策略以及組團(tuán)內(nèi)部可持續(xù)技術(shù)的集成應(yīng)用等內(nèi)容。通過(guò)深入的方案與圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì),探索出了一系列適用于當(dāng)?shù)孛窬涌沙掷m(xù)改造的設(shè)計(jì)策略及新舊結(jié)合的落地構(gòu)造技術(shù),相信這對(duì)于當(dāng)?shù)貍鹘y(tǒng)民居的保護(hù)以及現(xiàn)代化更新改造都將起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the construction of "beautiful countryside" in Hainan, the local people have set off a wave of residential renewal, and a large number of traditional volcanic rock houses are disappearing day by day. In this context, how to meet the needs of local residents for the modern way of life and retain the characteristics of traditional volcanic rock houses has become a topic worth exploring. To be transformed into a research object, This paper explores the sustainable design mode of modernization and renovation of this kind of volcanic rock dwelling houses and the appropriate technology of old and new transformation, in order to play a certain guiding role in the renewal and protection of local dwellings. In the transformation of single-family residence, this paper mainly discusses the suitable strategy of this kind of residential reconstruction, the integration and application of new and old structural technology and sustainable technology, and so on. The design strategy of group public space and the integrated application of sustainable technology within the group are discussed in detail. This paper explores a series of design strategies suitable for sustainable renovation of local residential buildings and a new and old combination of landing structure technology. It is believed that this will play a positive role in the protection and modernization of local traditional houses.
