【摘要】：在當代,低層建筑高密度開發(fā)情況下,留“空”空間的密度或稠度不夠,建筑周圍的空間也往往無法成為“空”,無法留足夠的“白”。居住者在進行自身的庭院設(shè)計與營造時,“大動干戈”,破壞外部空間環(huán)境,肆意的侵占公共空間環(huán)境,也沒有與建筑內(nèi)部空間緊密的結(jié)合。那么在此情況下,如何繼續(xù)創(chuàng)造內(nèi)外空間的共同體就成了建筑師的一個追求。簡而言之就是追求建筑與庭院的融合。庭院的私密性和公共性在今天這種方式已經(jīng)變得更加復雜,空間的屬性分化己不只是依附于景觀屬性或建筑屬性。一方面,庭院空間劃分的均質(zhì)化,使其保有空間私密性的特權(quán)開始消解；另一方面,公共環(huán)境的均質(zhì)化,使其空間的公共性也發(fā)生了變形。 從城市設(shè)計和景觀設(shè)計的角度來說,如果在微觀的庭院空間設(shè)計采取足夠謙遜的姿態(tài),那么對宏觀的城市問題甚至城市公共空間問題都會產(chǎn)生積極的影響。本文首先利用點、線、面、體等要素來對庭院空間進行認識和理解,重點研究“體”的內(nèi)容,研究庭院這個“體”的有與無、內(nèi)與外、虛空等；其次,結(jié)合相關(guān)庭院案例對庭院空間的組合、布置、衍生進行解析,以求庭院內(nèi)外部空間的融合；再次,利用具體的庭院實例對低層建筑庭院空間進行設(shè)計研究,從庭院空間的基本視野中認真總結(jié)不同庭院的邊界、使用功能、空間感知效應(yīng)、特征、經(jīng)濟性、分隔與融合等,并著重對庭院肌理和滲透性進行總結(jié)和研究,提出庭院空間設(shè)計的相關(guān)思考及方法；最后,依據(jù)筆者的體會進行全文總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In modern times, the density or consistency of "empty" space is not enough in the case of high-density development of low-rise buildings. Courtyard privacy and publicity in this way has become more complex today, On the one hand, the homogenization of courtyard space makes the privilege of preserving privacy of space begin to disappear; on the other hand, the homogenization of public environment, In terms of urban design and landscape design, if you take a modest enough attitude in the design of the microscopic courtyard space, Then it will have a positive impact on macro urban problems and even urban public space problems. Firstly, this paper uses points, lines, surfaces, bodies and other elements to understand and understand courtyard space, focusing on the content of "body". Study the courtyard of this "body" have and no, inside and outside, empty and so on; secondly, combined with the relevant courtyard cases of the courtyard space combination, layout, derivative analysis, in order to achieve the courtyard inside and outside the integration of space; again, By using concrete courtyard examples to design and study the courtyard space of low-rise buildings, this paper summarizes the boundaries of different courtyard space, using function, space perception effect, characteristics, economy, separation and fusion from the basic view of courtyard space. And focus on the courtyard texture and permeability of the summary and research, put forward the courtyard space design related thinking and methods; finally, according to the author's experience for the full text summary.
