【摘要】：我國建設(shè)的大批公共建筑往往采用了大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、玻璃、金屬或石材幕墻圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)、金屬屋面結(jié)構(gòu)、索膜結(jié)構(gòu)等。其中很多建筑的壽命已達(dá)10到20年。由于當(dāng)初建設(shè)中的質(zhì)量缺陷變化、使用時(shí)環(huán)境的腐蝕、風(fēng)荷載或設(shè)備震動(dòng)等帶來的影響、建筑物沉降引起的結(jié)構(gòu)變化,都會(huì)引起結(jié)構(gòu)的損壞。這些損壞如不能及時(shí)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn),并給予必要合理的修復(fù),則會(huì)影響到建筑物的使用功能,甚至對建筑的安全性和使用性帶來不利影響。而對于在役建筑(特別是鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑)進(jìn)行安全性和使用性的檢查評估方面還缺乏可提供指導(dǎo)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)定。因此許多大型公共建筑的業(yè)主對于既有建筑沒有檢查評估或維修的主動(dòng)意識(shí),往往是發(fā)現(xiàn)哪里壞了修哪里,造成了一些原本可以花很小的代價(jià)就可以進(jìn)行維修的損壞,由于沒有及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)而必須在損壞嚴(yán)重后花費(fèi)大量經(jīng)費(fèi)來進(jìn)行更換或維修,更嚴(yán)重的甚至發(fā)生安全事故。因此大型公共建筑在使用期間的檢測評估還是非常必要的。本文通過參考建筑結(jié)構(gòu)常規(guī)性評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、工程規(guī)范,結(jié)合某航站樓建筑實(shí)例的具體情況,對其主體結(jié)構(gòu)變形測量、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊接和螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)表面防腐涂層、預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼拉索、玻璃幕墻的轉(zhuǎn)接件和耐候密封膠、金屬屋面板的連接固定和板材的防腐等內(nèi)容的檢測、試驗(yàn)、分析,并對該建筑主體和圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了安全性、使用性評估。本文以某航站樓建筑結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對象,提出了其主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)(金屬板屋面和玻璃幕墻)的安全性和使用性的檢測項(xiàng)目及數(shù)量、檢測方法、檢測頻率及評估判據(jù),為管理單位以后對本建筑使用壽命內(nèi)的例行檢查、確定維修計(jì)劃和維修方案提供科學(xué)的幫助,并可以用來指導(dǎo)類似建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性和使用性的檢測與評估。
[Abstract]:A large number of public buildings in our country often use large span steel structures, glass, metal or stone curtain wall enclosures, metal roof structures, Cable-membrane structures, etc. Many of them have a life of 10 to 20 years. Structural changes caused by building settlement due to changes in quality defects during construction, environmental corrosion during use, wind loads or vibration of equipment, etc. Will cause structural damage. If the damage is not detected in time and is properly repaired as necessary, it will affect the use of the building, There is even a negative impact on the safety and serviceability of buildings. There is a lack of standards and regulations to provide guidance for the inspection and evaluation of safety and serviceability of active buildings (especially steel structures)... Many owners of large public buildings do not have the initiative to inspect, evaluate or maintain existing buildings. Often, it is found where the damage has been repaired, resulting in some damage that could have been repaired at a very small cost. Because the damage was not detected in time, it had to be replaced or repaired with a large amount of money after the damage was serious. More serious and even safety accidents. So it is very necessary to check and evaluate the large public buildings during their use. In this paper, by referring to the building structure evaluation standard, engineering code, According to the concrete situation of a building, the deformation measurement of the main structure, the joints of welding and bolting of steel structure, the anticorrosive coating on the surface of steel structure, the prestressed steel cable, the connecting parts of glass curtain wall and the weathering sealant, The inspection, test, analysis and evaluation of the safety and usability of the main body of the building and the structure of the enclosure are carried out in this paper, taking the building structure of a certain terminal building as the research object, and the inspection, test, analysis and so on of the connection fixation of the metal roof slab and the anticorrosion of the sheet metal roof are carried out. The test items and quantity of safety and serviceability of the main steel structure and the enclosure (metal sheet roof and glass curtain wall), the detection method, the detection frequency and the evaluation criteria are put forward. It can provide scientific help for the management unit to check the service life of the building, determine the maintenance plan and maintenance plan, and can be used to guide the inspection and evaluation of the safety and usability of similar building structures.
