【摘要】：某辦公樓地上18層,地下1層,總建筑面積20228.87m~2,局部拆除工程作業(yè)高度大、環(huán)境復(fù)雜,下部非拆除區(qū)域成品保護(hù)難度大。確定平面及豎向拆除順序,介紹主要構(gòu)件的拆除方法,拆除方案考慮了拆除特點(diǎn)、周邊環(huán)境、現(xiàn)有設(shè)備情況及工期等因素,達(dá)到安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、快速的施工目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:A certain office building has 18 floors on the ground and 1 floor below the ground, with a total building area of 2028.87 mm2. The local demolition works are high, the environment is complex, and the protection of finished products in the lower part of the non-demolition area is difficult. The order of plane and vertical demolition is determined, and the demolition methods of the main components are introduced. The demolition scheme takes into account the characteristics of demolition, the surrounding environment, the existing equipment and the duration of the project, so as to achieve the goal of safe, economical and rapid construction.
