纖維模型在FRP加固結(jié)構(gòu)分析中的應(yīng)用與研究

【摘要】:近年來,纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料(fiber reinforced polymer,簡稱FRP)由于其優(yōu)越的力學(xué)性能和物理性能,已經(jīng)廣泛地用于加固構(gòu)件和結(jié)構(gòu)中,特別是震后結(jié)構(gòu)的修復(fù)工作,FRP的約束作用不僅能提高結(jié)構(gòu)的承載力,還能大幅提高結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的耗能能力和延性。為研究結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)過FRP加固后抗震性能的變化,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對FRP加固技術(shù)進(jìn)行了大量的研究,但是這些研究主要集中在材料與構(gòu)件層面,并不能在結(jié)構(gòu)層面上反映結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)過FRP加固后抗震性能的變化。針對目前FRP加固混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能研究的不足,本文借助Open Sees平臺中基于柔度法的非線性梁柱單元結(jié)合纖維模型對FRP加固混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的時程響應(yīng)進(jìn)行模擬分析。研究以FRP約束混凝土材料的本構(gòu)模型研究為切入點,以FRP約束混凝土柱構(gòu)件的抗震性能模擬與研究為基礎(chǔ),基于Open Sees平臺結(jié)合自主編制的FRP約束混凝土材料本構(gòu)模型計算模塊,采用纖維模型對FRP約束混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的響應(yīng)進(jìn)行了模擬與分析研究。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)在材料層面,介紹了現(xiàn)有的典型FRP約束混凝土材料本構(gòu)模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過考慮材料屬性對FRP約束混凝土材料極限狀態(tài)的影響,引進(jìn)了FRP材料有效利用系數(shù),使本構(gòu)模型能夠準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測FRP在約束混凝土柱時材料的極限狀態(tài),同時考慮了橫向箍筋在FRP約束混凝土柱中對混凝土材料的約束作用,提出了本文的FRP約束混凝土圓柱及矩形柱的材料本構(gòu)模型。(2)在構(gòu)件層面,基于Open Sees平臺編制了FRP約束混凝土材料的計算模塊,采用纖維模型對FRP約束混凝土柱在不同受力狀態(tài)下的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行模擬與分析,探討了鋼筋本構(gòu)關(guān)系、FRP材料厚度、軸壓比、混凝土強(qiáng)度、縱筋配筋率、倒角半徑和截面長寬比對FRP約束混凝土柱抗震性能的影響。(3)在結(jié)構(gòu)層面,首先通過對FRP加固鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)試件的模擬,論證了本文纖維模型的準(zhǔn)確性,在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了一鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),在FRP加固總量相同的情況下,采用三種加固方案對設(shè)計的框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加固,采用纖維模型模擬得出了結(jié)構(gòu)加固前后在地震作用下的彈塑性時程響應(yīng),通過分析對比不同加固方案下結(jié)構(gòu)的頂層位移時程響應(yīng)、基底剪力時程響應(yīng)和層間位移角變化,得出不同加固方案對結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響,提出了最為適合的加固方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) has been widely used in strengthening members and structures because of its excellent mechanical and physical properties. In particular, the post-earthquake repair of structures can not only improve the bearing capacity of structures, but also greatly improve the energy dissipation capacity and ductility of structures under earthquake. In order to study the change of seismic behavior of structures strengthened by FRP, Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on FRP reinforcement technology, but these studies mainly focus on the material and component level. It can not reflect the change of seismic behavior of the structure strengthened by FRP on the structural level. Aiming at the deficiency of the research on the seismic behavior of concrete structure strengthened by FRP at present, In this paper, the nonlinear Liang Zhu element combined with fiber model based on flexibility method in Open Sees platform is used to simulate and analyze the time history response of concrete structure strengthened by FRP under earthquake. The constitutive model of concrete material confined by FRP is studied. Type A research as a starting point, Based on the simulation and study of seismic behavior of FRP confined concrete column members, the constitutive model of FRP confined concrete material is calculated based on Open Sees platform. The response of FRP confined concrete frame structure under earthquake is simulated and analyzed by using fiber model. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) at the material level, the existing constitutive model of typical FRP confined concrete material is introduced. On this basis, by considering the effect of material properties on the limit state of FRP confined concrete material, the effective utilization coefficient of FRP material is introduced, so that the constitutive model can accurately predict the limit state of FRP material in confined concrete columns. At the same time, considering the effect of transverse stirrups on concrete materials in FRP confined concrete columns, the material constitutive model of FRP confined concrete columns and rectangular columns is proposed in this paper. Based on Open Sees platform, the calculation module of FRP confined concrete material is developed. The mechanical properties of FRP confined concrete columns under different loading conditions are simulated and analyzed by fiber model. The constitutive relation of steel bar and the thickness of FRP material and axial compression ratio are discussed. The influence of concrete strength, reinforcement ratio of longitudinal reinforcement, chamfer radius and ratio of cross-section length to width on seismic behavior of FRP confined concrete columns. The veracity of the fiber model in this paper is demonstrated. On this basis, a reinforced concrete frame structure is designed. Under the condition of the same amount of FRP reinforcement, three reinforcement schemes are adopted to reinforce the designed frame structure. The elastoplastic time-history responses of structures under seismic action before and after strengthening are obtained by using fiber model. By analyzing and comparing the time-history responses of the top floor displacement, the base shear response and the interstory displacement angle of the structures under different reinforcement schemes, the elastic and plastic responses of the structures before and after strengthening are obtained. The effects of different reinforcement schemes on seismic behavior of structures are obtained, and the most suitable reinforcement schemes are put forward.
