【摘要】：工程項目三個重要目標分別為：工期、質(zhì)量、造價,而質(zhì)量要素顯然是整個項目的核心,決定了項目的成敗,也直接關系到企業(yè)的效益。百年大計,質(zhì)量第一。近年來,我國對于項目質(zhì)量控制方面進行了大量研究,理論聯(lián)合實際,建立起了具有中國特色的質(zhì)量控制體系。工程想要達到項目的經(jīng)濟收益、社會效應以及良好的進度控制,就必須加強項目施工質(zhì)量管理與控制,有效提升工程項目施工質(zhì)量控制工作。在高要求的質(zhì)量標準下,必須精準地分析影響項目質(zhì)量的因素,正確地制定合理、科學的質(zhì)量控制措施,以確保質(zhì)量目標的實現(xiàn),無論是理論上還是現(xiàn)實中都具有一定意義。本文以XX項目這一具體工程為例,在國內(nèi)外項目質(zhì)量控制基本研究理論及方法的基礎上,運用質(zhì)量控制方法,并結(jié)合工程中詳實的資料數(shù)據(jù)以及實地訪談和調(diào)查問卷,對XX項目現(xiàn)狀進行剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)以下問題：員工對項目質(zhì)量控制的認識存在誤區(qū)、缺乏全方位的質(zhì)量保證機制、項目質(zhì)量控制過程沒有配套的獎懲機制、質(zhì)量控制體系模式落后。針對項目質(zhì)量控制產(chǎn)生問題的原因,并結(jié)合項目本身的特征,本文從以下幾個方面對項目質(zhì)量控制進行優(yōu)化：提出了建立有利于項目質(zhì)量管理與控制的文化、項目質(zhì)量控制總體流程優(yōu)化設計、調(diào)整質(zhì)量控制體系、規(guī)范QC活動小組、優(yōu)化項目管理獎懲機制。項目的優(yōu)化措施以項目質(zhì)量控制理論為指導,以實際的項目質(zhì)量目標為導向,對項目質(zhì)量進行主動控制,促進XX項目質(zhì)量的提高。
[Abstract]:The three important objectives of the project are: time limit, quality, cost, and quality factors are the core of the whole project, which determines the success or failure of the project and directly relates to the benefit of the enterprise. China has carried out a lot of research on project quality control, combining theory with practice, and has established a quality control system with Chinese characteristics. The project wants to achieve the economic benefits, social effects and good progress control of the project. It is necessary to strengthen the quality management and control of the project construction and effectively improve the construction quality control of the project. Under the high quality standard, the factors affecting the quality of the project must be accurately analyzed, and the reasonable formulation should be made correctly. Scientific quality control measures to ensure the realization of quality objectives, whether in theory or in reality, are of certain significance. This paper takes XX project as an example, Based on the basic research theories and methods of project quality control at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation of XX project by using the quality control method, combining with the detailed data in the project and field interviews and questionnaires. The following problems are found: the misunderstandings of project quality control, the lack of a comprehensive quality assurance mechanism, and the lack of a matching reward and punishment mechanism in the project quality control process, The mode of quality control system is backward. In view of the causes of problems in project quality control, and combined with the characteristics of the project itself, This paper optimizes the quality control of the project from the following aspects: establishing a culture conducive to the quality management and control of the project, optimizing the overall process of the quality control of the project, adjusting the quality control system, standardizing the QC activity group, The optimization measures of the project are guided by the theory of project quality control, and guided by the actual project quality goal, and the project quality is controlled actively to promote the improvement of XX project quality.
