基于Zigbee的智能LED隧道照明系統(tǒng)的設計

【摘要】:隧道建設對于我國改善道路交通現(xiàn)狀,實現(xiàn)經濟建設的平穩(wěn)快速發(fā)展具有重要意義。隧道智能照明控制系統(tǒng)作為隧道建設的關鍵技術環(huán)節(jié),日益受到越來越多的關注。逐漸增多的隧道交通安全事故以及巨大的隧道照明成本要求我們設計一套安全、穩(wěn)定、節(jié)能的隧道智能照明控制系統(tǒng)。 根據(jù)以上對于隧道照明控制系統(tǒng)的設計要求,本文設計了一套基于Zigbee的智能LED隧道照明控制系統(tǒng)。通過Zigbee無線控制網(wǎng)絡構建了一套動態(tài)調節(jié)LED燈具照明亮度的智能控制系統(tǒng),采用模糊神經網(wǎng)絡控制算法,能夠根據(jù)隧道洞外亮度、車流量以及車速動態(tài)地調整隧道照明亮度,在保證安全性和穩(wěn)定性的同時,大大節(jié)省了隧道的照明成本。 本文首先對隧道照明控制系統(tǒng)的國內外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了總結,,通過不同方案的對比分析確定了模糊神經網(wǎng)絡的控制算法以及隧道照明系統(tǒng)的整體方案。 然后,利用電力電子技術對隧道照明控制系統(tǒng)的硬件進行了相關設計。系統(tǒng)硬件以TI公司的Zigbee芯片CC2530為核心,主要設計了LED調光燈具模塊、傳感器采集模塊以及協(xié)調器節(jié)點模塊。 模塊化設計的思想被運用到本次系統(tǒng)的軟件設計當中,基于Zstack的應用層,通過添加相關任務完成了LED調光燈具節(jié)點、傳感器采集節(jié)點以及協(xié)調器節(jié)點的應用程序開發(fā)。同時,研究了Zigbee無線組網(wǎng)的軟件協(xié)議,保證終端節(jié)點與協(xié)調器節(jié)點通信的穩(wěn)定性。 其次,利用了C#編程語言和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫進行了上位機監(jiān)控軟件的開發(fā)。監(jiān)控軟件具有用戶管理、控制管理、監(jiān)測管理以及數(shù)據(jù)庫管理等多種功能,能夠實時查看控制系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài),當系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障時能夠及時報警。 最后,對全文進行了總結和展望。
[Abstract]:Tunnel construction is of great significance for improving the current situation of road traffic and realizing the steady and rapid development of economic construction. The intelligent lighting control system of tunnel is the key technical link of tunnel construction. The increasing number of tunnel traffic accidents and the huge tunnel lighting costs require us to design a safe, stable and energy-saving intelligent lighting control system for tunnels. According to the above design requirements for tunnel lighting control system, this paper designs an intelligent LED tunnel lighting control system based on Zigbee. Through the Zigbee wireless control network, an intelligent control system to dynamically adjust the lighting brightness of LED lamps is constructed. The fuzzy neural network control algorithm can dynamically adjust the luminance of the tunnel according to the luminance of the tunnel outside the tunnel, the traffic flow rate and the speed of the vehicle. The security and stability of the tunnel lighting can be guaranteed, and the lighting cost of the tunnel can be greatly saved at the same time. In this paper, the research status of tunnel lighting control system at home and abroad is summarized, and the control algorithm of fuzzy neural network and the overall scheme of tunnel lighting system are determined through the comparison and analysis of different schemes. Then, the hardware of tunnel lighting control system is designed by using power electronics technology. The hardware of the system is based on TI's Zigbee chip CC2530, and the module of LED dimming lamp is designed. Sensor acquisition module and coordinator node module. The idea of modular design has been applied to the software design of this system. Based on the application layer of Zstack, the application program development of LED dimming light node, sensor acquisition node and coordinator node is completed by adding related tasks. The software protocol of Zigbee wireless network is studied to ensure the stability of communication between terminal node and coordinator node. Secondly, we use C # programming language and SQL Server database to develop the monitoring software of upper computer, which has many functions, such as user management, control management, monitoring management and database management, etc. Can view the working status of the control system in real-time, and alarm in time when the system fails. Finally, the full text is summarized and prospected.
