【摘要】：小城鎮(zhèn)是城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的紐帶,對(duì)我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)、全面實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)具有重要的影響和意義。山地小城鎮(zhèn)人地矛盾突出,隨著人類(lèi)活動(dòng)、氣候變化等多因素的影響,排水防澇壓力日益突出。根據(jù)山地小城鎮(zhèn)的特點(diǎn),分析排水防澇存在的主要問(wèn)題和影響因素,結(jié)合自然、人文等不同特征的小城鎮(zhèn)類(lèi)型,從構(gòu)筑防洪工程、構(gòu)建城鎮(zhèn)水系、加強(qiáng)管網(wǎng)建設(shè)、重視豎向規(guī)劃以及推進(jìn)海綿建設(shè)等方面,提出小城鎮(zhèn)排水防澇的解決方案和建設(shè)案例,為山地小城鎮(zhèn)的排水防澇規(guī)劃與建設(shè)提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Small towns are the ties of urban and rural development, which have important influence and significance to the construction of urbanization and the overall realization of well-off society in our country. The contradiction between people and land in small towns in mountainous areas is prominent, and with the influence of human activities, climate change and other factors, According to the characteristics of small towns in mountainous areas, the main problems and influencing factors of drainage and waterlogging prevention are analyzed, and the types of small towns with different characteristics, such as nature and humanity, are combined to construct flood control projects and urban water systems, according to the characteristics of drainage and waterlogging prevention and control. To strengthen pipe network construction, pay attention to vertical planning and promote sponge construction, and put forward the solution and construction cases of drainage and waterlogging prevention in small towns, providing reference and reference for drainage and waterlogging prevention planning and construction of small mountain towns.
